Where do we begin? Let’s start with how my order was made…. Pizza was made incorrectly, did not ask for bacon, had bacon on pizza. Wings were suppose to be BBQ, but apparently this locations “practice” is to just drizzle a tiny amount on top of the wings.
Now let’s talk about the lovely staff that works here. First of all, don’t lie to you customers because you never know who’s worked at a dominos before in the past ;). Your online tracking system is controlled by you, you have to click buttons to show when an order is ready. So when my phone tells me my order is ready it’s because the person at the end of the line clicked the button on the order screen saying it was out of the oven and ready for pick up. Secondly, when a customer calls to talk to a manager about an order that has been messed up, maybe you should put them on hold before running your mouth and bad mouthing your customers. Everyone seems to forget that phones pick up noise other than when you talk directly into the speaker. And instead of being argumentative, maybe just apologize and admit that what was said was out of line. This generation seems to forget that you only have a paycheck because of paying customers.
I’ll drive to the one on Rawson from now on, because I’ll never give a business my money that cannot train their employees to have common decency or sense for that matter. And plus the Franklin location actually cooks their pizzas all the way, and they toss the wings in the sauce like your suppose to.

Horrible delivery service. App said it was delivered but we still haven’t gotten it. It’s been like 35 min already since we supposedly got it. Absolute bullshit! It finally cane an hour later cold and looking like s 2 years old made it.

Terrible service. My order had “technical difficulties” and they decided to just cancel without telling me. So here I am an hour and ten minutes later without any call or delivery or anything. Manager just says your money will be refunded. No sorry, no offer to deliver the food still or anything. Just a sorry you’re getting a refund.

I am usually very happy with dominos but tonight I am disgusted. My children love their pizza and when I’m too tired to cook dominos is our turn to. I order their pizza and I always get a salad for myself. When I opened my salad it was so distasteful, the lettuce was red/brown it was soggy underneath and I thought fine I’ll grab the lettuce from my fridge and cut it up and use the cheese tomato and the onion from the kit, it’s okay right?. Wrong! The tomato had mold growing on it and the onions were slimy. I called dominoes the first time was on hold 6 minutes a team member picked up and hung up the phone. The second time I called I was on hold for 15 minutes!! No one answered. I’m a pretty civil person, just credit me for a salad next time and I would have been fine, not anymore I want a refund. This is disgusting. I wish I could have gotten a better photo of the tomato and onion before my husband tossed it, but here’s the “salad” this is the hwy 100 location.

Super thin; ordered lite cheese; there wasn’t much on it. Portions for 1/2 to 1/2 weren’t even. More sausage/pepperoni on 1/2 but not much chicken on other half. There sauce is too spicy

Sam totally made my night tonight by bringing out my order and telling me i look amazing after i worked a 12 hr shift. Super kind and sweet and one of the reasons i love this location! Great location and always makes my order without sloppiness. Always tastes amazing as well.

Service is iffy here. Placed an order via app, the app told me my order was done at 148pm, didnt receive my food until 237pm. It was obviously cold come pickup time. Driver als didnt follow delivery instructions. Im just happy my food was made correctly and everything was actually delivered this time.

Worst delivery experience ever !!! My pizza was left on the very small step in front of my door so when I opened it my pizza fell out. I had to call a million times in order to get someone on the phone to have my pizza remade. When the remake pizza arrived this is how it looked when I opened the box ! I’m absolutely livid CODY shouldn’t be delivering anybody’s food!

I ordered twist breads and they gave it to me raw. I returned to change it and the employee in the counter ask me what was wrong with the bread, clearly he was the one that pack them raw, he had no idea won what he was doing. But the worst part was the Manager i think the name was Josia. Not an apology only said I will give you new ones. When he was preparing the sauce he pit like half of the scoop of the marinara sauce because it was the last bit of sauce in the container. Obviously it was too much work to get a new container to fill the sauce with the right amount. When the breads came out I asked him why it was so little sauce and he just said that he put the correct amount (see picture). On top of that the guy was working with the food and wiping his hands on his butt to clean them. I told the other manager about and he just talk to the guy but like this was not important the guy kept working and didn’t wash his hands. This is the last time I come here. Hope the people that patronize this place take a look at the guys working before eat the food.
