Frequently order from here. Tonight our driver Mike had forgotten the sauce we ordered (no worries, it seemed like he was at the end of his shift and things happen) but he went out of his way to go back and get our sauce. Completely unnecessary but very appreciated!

Whoever Derek is needs to be fired. 2 weeks ago I ordered wings and they came with no sauce even though I ordered sauce. Tonight I tried this location again. I paid for extra cheese and the pizza I received had very little cheese on it. It wasn’t even enough cheese to cover the dough. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO’S AGAIN. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

I had a rather disappointing experience when I ordered a veggie pizza. Unfortunately, they delivered a pepperoni pizza instead. When I reached out to them about the mix-up, they seemed unfriendly and disconnected from me. It was quite frustrating, and I’m not sure if they’ll be able to improve their customer service in the future. Whoever prepared this chicken and approved the quality inspection, if there was even such a process, should be ashamed. This is unacceptable in quality as well as quantity. This is supposed to be Specialty Chicken – Classic Hot Buffalo. Nothing about this declares Specialty. I was excited for my husband to try this order and was very disappointed upon opening the box.

I actually ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago on that deal w/ 7 toppings. The lady made the pizza beautifully, I was highly impressed. It made me think like Domino’s can be my new pizza place. Then because of the deal I order again, because it really was good. This guy made the pizza. I asked for hand tossed crust w/ seven toppings w/ extra cheese like I ordered last time. This man gives me a thin crust pizza basic pizza scatters toppings. I told him this was not the same pizza, like I ordered the prior week. He told me they did my pizza wrong last time, and that my pizza was supposed to look like what he gave me. If you go pick up check your pizza, before you pay.

Told the pizza was 10.00 by the time she was done with adding a 2 liter soda and delivery charges it was $26 and change. You lose my business. Told me the minimum charge was?18.50 so I had to add more things to the bill. Disgusted!!!

Dominos is usually fine. I understand that the majority of feedback people go out of their way for is almost always negative while the majority of positive experiences are never documented. I also know that Dominos is not known for their cheesesteaks. However, I can’t get over this “cheesesteak” that literally has no cheesesteak. It’s pretty much just bread. The worst Domino’s I have ever received from. The manager John was rude and dismissive when I complained that he forgot my marinara sauce. This was after I waited an hour from a place that is 8 mins from my house. John said I didn’t order any. He did not try to resolve the matter or apologize for the poor service or offer any solutions. I told him I was dissatisfied with his lack of effort to resolve the matter and said I wanted to file a complaint, he said call 1800 dominos then hung up. Ironically my wife tried to give them another chance the next day after I had poor service the day before. And she ordered food that arrived late and she complained. This is the condition the food came in. #dominos I WISH I COULD HAVE GAVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS
