Called ahead for pick up, answering service is terrible, agent was rude and very difficult to understand. Food was good, asked for light sauce on one pizza and looked like they decided that meant no sauce but the other pizza was fine. In person pick up person at the window was very pleasant and polite. Prices are getting higher and higher, a cheese pizza and a 1 topping both stuff crust was nearly 40 bucks. Imo prices are way too high.

We ordered a thin crust pizza today and haven’t had one for a long while. I remember the pizza being so good in the past but the one we received today wasn’t worth eating. No taste, the cheese and sauce was hardly visible on the pizza. Very disappointing because they used to be so good. Shame on you Pizza Hut for making the worst pizza I’ve ever ate.

Called there 2/22/25 asking about the salad bar, who ever answered the phone was friendly, but when my husband asked if they still had a salad bar she responded with umm…..yes but not today our salad is nasty. This told me to never eat here! If the salad is nasty what else is nasty.

Got a pizza and cheese sticks but only got the pizza. When we called to ask about the cheese sticks we are told very aggressively that we weren’t charged for them so they cant send out something we didnt pay for. So we paid $22.45 for a large pizza thats $13.95. This sucks and the customer service was worse. 3.8 is a generously high rating to have for such poor service.

Had to brag that I got a picture-perfect pizza tonight, Tuesday 7 January 2025, carry-out from Pizza Hut in Princeton IN, and they were even short-staffed due to the weather. All the correct toppings and sauce, distributed evenly. The stuffed crust, even all the way around, and just the right width. Tastes as good as it looks, and my order was complete, all items, and on-time. Bravo! FYI, that’s a large stuffed crust with creamy garlic parmesan sauce, with extra cheese, beef, caramelized onions, grape tomatoes, garlic, and mushrooms. I call it my “umami pizza”.

My wife called priornto trying to come to the princeton indiana pizza hut and asked when the dining room closed, they advised 9pm, we arrive at 812pm, and they have locked doors and told us to go thru the drive thru. Unacceptable, the manager and crew should be reprimanded for this. They are coat the company money, as on usual we spend 70.00 when eatting it and I always leave ataleast a 15 dollar tip, do this event I will.no longer spending my money w this location. We drove 20 mins from Oakland city w our two small children, thanks for wating our time

The salad bar was fresh the pizza was great the drive through is a little too much it took away from the service we were expecting. I still give the server 5 stars they were alone taking care of tables and getting the drive through. The dining room has been remodeled it has plenty of room.

The pizza is not worth eating anymore so I tried the pasta. Ordered delivery. Pasta was disgusting. Instead of pizza hut delivering it, they sent door dash to deliver it. Driver did not speak (or understand) a word of English and frowned at receiving a $10 tip. When did tipping become a necessity rather than being an appreciation of good service? I would definitely not recommend the pizza hut in Princeton Indiana.

Overall, I’ve gotten a lot of really good pizzas from Princeton Pizza Hut. There’s been a time or two where I’ve gotten an undercooked pizza or one that has too little sauce, but lately they’ve been on point. My last two or three pizzas have been excellent!
I really like the Backyard BBQ Chicken pizza and the Pepperoni Lovers. Both are very good, and I like to get the stuffed crust.
