So, I’ve had the unfortunate experience of encountering the worst customer service at this Starbucks location twice. The first time, I had ordered my coffee through the mobile app and picked it up at the drive-thru within six minutes. However, they informed me that I couldn’t do that. Today, at the drive-thru, the person handling my order was not only unfriendly but also rude. Is this how you treat your paying customers? ****Updated 1/26/26********************* I wanted to share a positive experience I had at this Starbucks location this morning . On my visit, the staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which really made a difference. My order was handled quickly, and I appreciated the professional attitude and great customer service. It’s always nice to feel valued as a customer, and this visit definitely left me with a good impression. I’ll be happy to stop by again at this location:)

Always a friendly place to come in and get a drink when you’re taking a break or just want to chat with a friend. I can say I’ve been here many times I’ve never had unpleasant service. I will say that there is a wait for getting frappuccinos but that seems to be transcendent to All Starbucks.

People are very nice. They get your drink right but has anyone else noted that they always short your drinks at this location? I have been paying attention. Every other location will give you a full drink. This one will constantly shorts your drinks. Hwy 13 location next to Gators in Fruit Cove

I’ve never picked up an order here without having to wait 20–30 minutes. The dining area is only 10–15% full.
The order usually includes just 1–2 items. Everyone seems to be working, but why does it take so long?
In my opinion, it’s the way the work is organized. I suggest that the management come and place an order themselves to understand what’s going on — if this matters to you.

I love this particular Starbucks! I’ve had a lot of different staff interactions that have been wonderful but I repeatedly have have fantastic service if I go in the morning with a staff member by the name of Ben. He is the nicest young man who goes out of his way to be nice and give extra good service. I’ve been going later in the day.So I hadn’t seen him for a while and I went early the other day and he said… oh my goodness, I haven’t seen you for so long.Have you been doing okay??? It’s that kind of personal attention that really makes your day. Just very kind and thoughtful and always making suggestions about drinks and food. And most of the staff there is excellent. When I pulled my phone out to do the review I was reading some of the reviews left for this particular Starbucks and I was amazed when I saw a couple of bad reviews because they really are always so good and I go many many times a week. The person that left a review saying they always have a 20 minute wait… that was kind of shocking, because again, I go every single week, multiple times and I rarely, if ever have any kind of bad experience. Always just the opposite with people going out of their way to be kind.

The service was absolutely terrible, we went to order our food and drinks and the barista that took our order wasn’t listening and we had to repeat our order 3 times then when we got to the window we were told that multiple of our food items were out. Why wasn’t this communicated to us before we paid? Then when we got to the window i politely asked why this wasn’t communicated and the barista completely ignored me. AND still charged me for the food that was out. Not coming back again.

Hannah was absolutely rude. I tried to order through drive through and she said she couldn’t hear me and to speak louder, so I spoke louder (not extremely louder) and she says “don’t yell at me” with a awful attitude. Absolutely awful

They don’t know how to organize their work. You have to wait a very long time for a completed order until they take on new orders.
