I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past 6 years, and services weren’t that great that didn’t deemed my time to write a review. The services have been improved recently, and it finally takes mobile orders and redeem points for drinks and food. Changed my rating from 1 to 4 Stars.

I stopped in around lunch time during the week. They weren’t busy at the time so the service was prompt and polite. My Peppermint Mocha was hot and tasted great. The location was clean. I recommend this location if you’re on Ft. Belvoir.

This Starbucks is good, but I think the Starbucks at the Fort Belvoir Town Center is a bit better. The chicken waffle maple sandwich didn’t taste great here. My drink was good, but not as good as the same drink that I got at the Town Center. The upside is that it was easy to order in the app, my drink and food were ready quickly, and the employees were nice.

My experiences here have all been pretty good. There is 1 barista that tries to do well but doesn’t seem to be cut out for the position. I would say try her as a cashier to see how she fares at that aspect of the job. Starbucks customers are demanding and everyone can’t rise to the occasion. Just my 2 cents

Every time I go they’ve run out of something. No topping, no oatmeal, no lemonade literally everyday. Today I took a bite out of my sugar plum danish only to notice there was mold on the other side! I took the danish back and the person at the register asked me what did I want him to do? Definitely need better employees and better service. When I was a barista this never happened.
Updated to say that I’m not sure why mobile ordering is being offered when they can’t get basic in store orders correct yet. Ordered at 9:50AM, went to pick up at 10:09AM order was not ready. No one was paying attention to the mobile orders and now they are backed up so I have to wait. A hour later I’m just now receiving my muffin and tea and both are cold.

Service here is always so slow. I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino and I drank it and it definitely had caramel in it. I was already in my car, so I couldn’t come back and ask for a new one. Ordered a Frappuccino and a cold brew, it took about 10 mins.

I have been going to this Starbucks since the day they opened. Overall, I am pleased with the service and a majority of the baristas are courteous and proficient at their jobs. I know this Starbucks is, at times, very busy but my biggest complaint is that they continually run out of Mocha, Chai, hot drink sticks, sleeves, and other items. If they could keep the inventory stocked, I would give this Starbucks a 5-Star rating.

Came to this Starbucks and I loved it ! Sara or Sasha , not too sure , was such a great help and very patient with me 🙂 However , I noticed her manager kept distracting her , being rude and pushing her around . I felt the stress! I would’ve given them a higher rating but they need better management!

Worst customer service for the location. I had a rude barista who asked me to step back after the previous customer was all over the counter and wanted to say it was due to social distancing when it was clearly discrimination. Not only did she refuse to put on gloves during a pandemic after my husband made a comment that she was the only person with no gloves then quickly changed her mind when he stated recording her. There are other people who would love a job right now ma’am. Check your attitude! You know who you are
