I had the best time as a solo diner here. My server Bo (or Beau ) was amazing. She extended great patience and gave me some really helpful recommendations.
The food was amazing, the bread was warm and the crunch of the crust was such a delight! The only thing was, I was offered the bread whilst I waited only to realise I had been charged for it at the end, but since it was really good it was okay.
The Ribeye was melt in your mouth and the dressing on the Caesar salad was to die for.
Overall I had such a relaxing, friendly experience. Thank you for making my birthday dinner so lovely. 🙂

Hidden place with good meat , can sit by the water outside as well!
The way the meat is presented makes it more original, starters were nice as well. Only thing is the place is quite far away from everything so it’s not convenient to get there .

The food was what we really went for but we loved the ambience and the aesthetics of the place. The meat, especially the wagyu we ordered was really worth it. I’d recommend this place if you’re info good steak.

Great food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. A little off the beaten track, but I really enjoyed that. We had bao buns and gyoza to start, followed by ribs, with a salad and chips and the most gorgeous stoopwaffle dessert to finish. If you’re in Amsterdam Noord, I’d highly recommend Vlees & Co!

Bavette, côte de boeuf and waygu beef: A winning trio! The bavette was glorious, and each bite of the waygu makes you close your eyes to take it all in.
The waiter who took care of us was friendly, profesional and made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The bill was high for a Wednesday night but reasonable considering all we ordered (and we were only 2 ^^) and the quality that was delivered. Thanks a lot!
