The staff here are wonderful. If you’re having a bad day, come here you will always be greeted with smiles and positive vibes. Bathrooms are so clean. Music is nice not too loud. 10 stars drinks & my fav warmed banana bread is yummy.

To the hefty blonde girl that interrupted me while I was asking Ethan (or Eden) if you dont like your job then quit. There was NO reason to give me a snarky reply (wasn’t even talking to you) when I asked about my mobile order that took over 20 minutes to get. Get that scowl off your face and be a little more pleasant. I didn’t give one star because of Ethan/ Eden (couldn’t hear his name over her loud mouth) thank you sir for being so polite and simply apologizing and making our order! You should be promoted!

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve never had a drink come out incorrect here. Everyone is always super friendly! Honestly, anyone that is complaining in the reviews must have just had a very rare off moment because I’ve never experienced that and I come here very often.

this location always makes the best drinks, however, very creepy guy always working the drive through window. poorly flirts and just stands there and stares at me in my car. multiple of my friends also experienced this with him on different days. makes us want to avoid this location please get him away from window.

I ordered a Starbucks refresher at this location. I ordered the mango dragon fruit with lemonade and no ice. My drink looks like it was regurgitated and thrown in a cup. I’ll give it two stars for my drink that was poorly made but at least they were fast with my other drinks which turned out fine.

Watered down pink drink, my drink looked like all coconut milk and didn’t even add the strawberries nor they told they told me they didn’t have any strawberries. They’ve messed up my other drink multiple times and this location is definitely cancelled for me. Should of just bought a drink from the gas station for cheaper. -5 stars
Edit: Gave it one last chance since I needed to get on the highway and I paid 6$ for a cup of ice and 6 sips on my coffee. Next time I’ll just go next door to Hyvee for a coffee
