We went to try the lunch buffet on its first day back and it was great! Holly was very friendly and regularly checked on us and other guests. Everything was clean and there were a lot of pizzas to choose from. The quality of the food was great and you can tell it was all freshly prepared. The lettuce in the salad bar seemed crisp and everything was fully stocked. I like that they have both white and red sauce pasta. All these options for only $10.99 is an AMAZING deal. My favorite was the Cinnabon sticks with the icing tho!

Honestly, this location has significantly gone down hill. The dine in area is dirty, and the carpet is stained. The workers are inattentive. I almost feel that you can get better quality pizza from the gas station. Laramie Pizza Hut has seen better days.

Ordered delivery through the website, didn’t know they outsourced to DoorDash, so that’s already a negative. I ordered at 3:20 something and didn’t even get the stuff till 4:50. The pizza was cold and I got fries instead of the mozzarella sticks I ordered which were also cold and gross. Live chat was a joke, I’m pretty sure it was a bot as it kept popping up “I haven’t heard from you in a while, are you still there?” when I didn’t answer for 30-45 seconds because I was looking up the info I was asked to provide (order number, time I ordered, store address, etc.). I asked for a real person and was told that it was and “they had a timeframe to follow” and then closed the chat before I could respond. I finally had to call the store and while I did get a refund, this was still a terrible experience.

The lunch buffet service and food quality was outstanding. Kellan was a solo employee running the front end with a dozen customers. He greeted us and let us select from the lunch buffet while he prepared our drinks. He brought us fresh supreme slices once he pulled it from the oven. He is an exemplary employee who is happy to be working there. Several times he checked on us during our meal and asked if he could prepare anything special for us.

I love Pizza Hut’s quality! Their pizza is always excellent—it tastes fantastic, and it’s clear they take the time to make it right. The staff is consistently pleasant and friendly.
Be aware that there is always a bit of a wait, but since everything is made to order, a half-hour or so for an entire pizza is perfectly reasonable for a delicious meal.

Ordered delivery, and that was a mistake. I ordered a large spread to be delivered later in the night, and it was evident that the components were made earlier and kept in a warmer. The pizza dough was dry and tasteless, the sauce was nonexistent (dry and lost in the dough), the cheese was dry and scant, the “boneless wings” were sitting in a small amount of sauce and tasted of nothing, and the olives and ham were of low quality.

so I’ve eaten here probably 25 times in the last 5 months today was by far my best experience All the staff was working not just sitting around on their phones or self-involved it really made a good experience for me and the five people I was with.

My order was not made according to the requested customizations requested and I paid for additional toppings (no green peppers and add tomatoes to the supreme) but did not receive as ordered. Also, my order was delivered 25+ minutes after I received the text notification that my order was out for delivery. I called the store and was told they had no order for my name and delivery address. While I was on the phone with the store the delivery person finally showed up. There is only one location in town and I live at most maybe 10 minutes from the store. Very disappointing and not a great experience.

Pizza was underrated. One has to buy a $2 pepper Shaker to get ground pepper flakes — really? Old and aged dining room, so takeout is best!
