This isn’t just a random experience. This has happened SEVERAL times over the past few months. It’s PATHETIC. Are they closing their eyes and cutting the quesadillas? Two different portion sized cheesy potatoes, wadded up soft tacos. Is this their version of pin the tail on the donkey?

The one time I go to a different Taco Bell in Corbin, they can’t make my food right. Ordered a number 2, no lettuce, and got hardshell tacos with lettuce. Never coming back to this one, Always staying south.

The daytime staff were somewhat detached in the customer service area. We came thru the drive thru and ordered a couple of burritos. When we unwrapped them they were barely even folded. The visual presentation was BAD, inside the ingredients were not distributed correctly and definitely uneven. We were hungry so we ate it.
However we will not be going back to that particular location ever again.

WOW food quality perfect, staff absolutely hard working, restaurant totally clean, food prep astonishing and wait time for my large order of food less then 3 minutes so all the other Taco bells this is the model location learn and take notes

They were really good When they first opened, but now they’ve gotten sloppy with food portions being inaccurate, and the fried food is not crispy. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, and hope they’ll improve. So, just take off one star from now.

We had to order from a kiosk instead of a person. Did not like that. They have taken out Their TVs and put on music , but it’s too loud. My taco had extra chipotle instead. Of Just a little bit , like I ordered.
My burrito had only about half of the stuff in it that it was supposed to have and it was cold. No forks or knives or spoons to eat with. Asked for a fork they handed me an unwrapped one with their bare hands , no gloves. My wife had to send her burrito back , it was cold. Bad experience !!

Also bring your coat , because it is cold inside the restaurant , just like their food .

Stopped here for a quick bite on the way out of town. Was pleasantly surprised that it was actually good and not just satiating hunger. I opened my taco and actually had a reasonable portion of cheese on it instead of the typical 5-6 shreds. Register bro was chill, and the place was clean. 5 stars
