My experience was more than amazing! I had the pleasure of Erika(Erica) making my bowl. She went above and beyond with accommodations and recommendations! She also mentioned the rewards and made sure we got signed up so we could access the sweet deals. I have been to Quadoba maybe one other time but now I will definitely be back after this experience. Food was also amazing I tried the shrimp and it was delicious!

Never had to write a poor review. Unfortunately upon writing this I seen that another person had the same issue. I ordered a chicken burrito meal for dinner along with tortilla soup. Half way to my meal being finished I noticed a tender/chewy substance. I just assumed it was the tortilla being a little chewy, no it was a tendon that filled up the lower half of my meal.
I think when being served the employee needs to at least double check to the meat before leaving it under the heater for serving to make sure things like this don’t appear. First time problem, but really hope it’s a last time issue as well. This is my go to spot. Besides the $1 soup is what drew me in today to even get a meal to begin with.

I ordered Uber eats today and forgot the queso (idk how the heck i did that cause that’s my favorite part) but the bowl made for me was immaculate! It was so full, pretty, and even that the missing queso didn’t bother me. Shout out to EG, the smiley face made my day. Wonderful job, I am pleased ☺️

Pretty regular qdoba experience. I did have to wait a little while before being served and no one else was in line. The associate did look like he was making a large order for someone else and he did acknowledge me and apologize for the wait.

Really wanted to give this location another try. Even wrote the store, but never got a response back. Upon entering the restaurant. The floor and tables were beyond dirty filled with old food. The drinking fountain/utensil area was not put together. Extremely sticky. Sauce bottles without lids and dumped on the counter. Then utensils on the floor and near the machine. Then going up to grab my order from placing pickup was not greeted or ask who I was picking up for. They just continued to converse with one another. I hope no one’s order gets taken because their lack of involvement. The food was cold and wasn’t even what I ordered. I had to double check to make sure k grabbed the correct bag. I don’t even know why I bother given the first time was a disaster

Many of the food items were mixed, so employees should be better trained to keep food items separate and in their own respective bins.
Basically the entire restaurant was not clean. Tables had not been cleaned, chairs not clean, floors dirty, trash bins were overflowing. And it was not a busy time for them. It was around 2pm and I was the only dine-in guest while I was there.
They were out of some food items, which was disappointing.
To sum it up, the food will always be good at Qdoba, but the location and staff make all the difference. If this had been my first experience at Qdoba, it would have been my only experience at Qdoba, but there are plenty of other locations. Probably not going back to this location again.

This is the Qdoba closest to where I work and they do NOT disappoint! I come in pretty often for lunch and they always recognize me and remember my order. The staff are always so friendly and always go the extra mile for me. <3 ur the best

Im a regular at this location, I see some of these employees every day and they are nothing but sweet and hard working I was told that they’re under new management and all of the sudden the people who always take my order are being talked down in front of me ( I sat there and watched a lady with locks call them names that were completely inappropriate when they walked away ) hovered over and they’re not allowing them to do their jobs whoever is back there that isn’t usually at this location is extremely rude and on a power trip. The way that the people at this location have been treated all week I’ve seen is disgusting and I refuse to tip because I don’t believe they are getting that money and it’s all going into these new peoples pockets. DO BETTER! New management does not mean come in and disrespect the employees that kindly serve me every week I even felt how nervous they were.

Today was my first qdoba experience. It was awful. The girl at the counter, getting our order, clearly hates her job, she was miserable and she rushes you through.
The food. The shrimp was ice cold, rubbery and inedible; my cheese crusted quesadilla, that was all but turned inside out, as the cheese was stuck on the top, the girl said, oh it’s fixable- uses her bare hands to throw the food back into the quesadilla and adds more cheese.. we make all 3 items a meal, only to find out no ice in the soda machine, nice warm soda to drink.
It was filthy and they opened at 1030, we ordered at 216pm. I couldn’t take pics of it all, I didn’t have that kind of time.
Manager son in the lobby, eating, running, coloring.. just not a kid place to me.
Point being 56.96 was about 56 dollars too much, based on my experience.

Service wasn’t the worst, food was acceptable, but this place is filthy. Food all over the floor, kitchen looks like it hasn’t been mopped in ages, no covers on the iced tea containers, messy tables, seats. I’m regretting eating here, and certainly won’t be back. The employees standing around om their phones could clean the place of they had a manager actually directing the place.
