My $31 Hardee’s mobile order was a complete mess from start to finish: missing items, dry food, and a dirty store.
I placed a mobile order and arrived before it was ready, which was fine. However, once I received my order, things went downhill quickly. I ordered three meals, an entrée, an extra side of hash browns, and a maple biscuit. Everything was literally thrown into one large bag.
Two of the four hash browns looked like they were just tossed in, and most of them spilled out. The other two sides were missing entirely. Instead of the maple biscuit I ordered, I received a steak biscuit. Every biscuit sandwich was dry, the biscuits were either overbaked or held far too long. The chicken biscuit was especially bad: the chicken was dry, dark, and looked like spicy chicken supposed to be.
The lid on the coffee cup wasn’t secured, so it spilled inside my car. On top of that, the creamers and sweeteners were thrown in loose, coming into contact with the spilled hash browns. I waited another 5–8 minutes to get my missing items, including the maple biscuit, which turned out to be sitting right in front of me the whole time in a holding unit.
No exaggeration, the only good thing about this $31 order was the orange juice, simply because they didn’t make it.
The restaurant itself was dirty. The counters were sticky, and the area around the registers and registers themselves looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in ages. I honestly should’ve gone with my first choice and stopped at Waffle House. I only came to Hardee’s because there aren’t any in my area anymore, and now I remember why.
The staff was kind and did their best to fix the issues quickly, but with food prices being what they are, kindness alone doesn’t make up for poor quality and execution. Value isn’t just about customer service, it’s about the overall experience, and this one completely missed the mark.

I just purchased a chicken sandwich and it wasn’t even eat able. When I got home it was too late to go back and show them. But my question is how can they even think it was worth eating. It was overcooked and dry out. I’m very disappointed in them. I go there a lot.

We just had a horrible encounter with the drive thru staff because we tried to use a Hardee’s coupon for a free cinnamon raisin biscuit with the purchase of a combo and we purchased the qualifying combo but they told us the coupon code wasn’t working and made us pay for the biscuit instead. We also didn’t get our drink that came with the combo we had to purchase. We asked about contacting corporate and a worker got upset because we were inquiring about talking corporate about the code not working for a coupon they issued.

Cashier asked me to pull up so she could give previous customer his fries. When the person that was behind me finally went into the building to get her order, only then did the cashier bring out my order. She serviced several cars before bringing my order. I ordered at 5:23 pm. Didn’t get my food until 5:38. She didn’t say a word. Just handed me my bag and kept walking toward the other door. No napkins, no nothing. Don’t plan to go back anytime soon.

I ordered a kids meal 2 PC chicken tenders. They were cold. I checked them when my child said that they were cold. I also ordered a Hot Apple pie. It was cold and lifeless. The only items that were good with this oder was the drink and the Apple sauce pouch. This is the poorest service I have ever received at this location during this time of day. Please do better. For my child.

This was my worst experience in fast food as far as service goes. From the app rewards not being redeemable as it should been. So I was ask to come in and they could take care of it. Comes to find out the manager trouble shoots the issue and comes to conclusion that you can not mix and match items like I purchased a plain biscuit for 2.19 and used a free taste coupon in app and ask for lunch item cause I ordered breakfast. To me that doesn’t make sense because that wasn’t mention in the details. So I left hungry and unsatisfied. As I returned the biscuit because it defeated the purpose of me spending my money and was then cold. Poor service. Do better please. Be better informed on how the app works.

I don’t understand how this place is still open. The service is non existent. I had to wait at the speaker box for the girl to take my order. Then wait at the window for someone to take my money and then wait for the food. I hate coming here and normally don’t but my wife wanted it. There is no urgency or care from the staff about serving you in a timely manner. They didn’t put cheese in my burger, but I wasn’t gonna try to get them to fix it because I would have to wait another 10 minutes probably.
