Do not eat there… birthday dinner for 20 plus reservations made 2 weeks in advance. Wait was ridiculous to order, pricey as hell for basic food, no kids menu, over seasoned food too salty to eat, ran out of salmon, and even swiss cheese for the burger. Paid 15.00 for a side of french fries and lemonade since there was not a kids menu for a 5 year old and I didn’t even get the burger until almost an hour and half later. Some of my family left due to the long wait to order. Only saw two waitresses taking orders, people that came in after my party got food before our food came out and we we ordered way ahead of them. Food was not good from the family members that got their food, sides had to be sent back due to being cold. Noone really ate all of their food due to being too salty, the owner never came out to greet or apologize for food not being brought out or running out of food. No refills were given and I do believe the owner was cooking the food only saw her when checking out for the fries and lemonade that came to 15.00. No apologies from her or her waitresses, they attempted to bring the burger out when we’re disgusted and ready to leave and was told it was ready and forgot to bring it out. There is not a lot to.choose from besides chicken, pork chops, shrimp, sandwiches, the thinnest ribeye steak and hallowed out bagged french fries. I do not consider this a cuisine menu or restaurant.

I am so happy I chose Diamond Cuisine to dine in for dinner with some friends for my birthday. The owner, server and back chef’s did a great job. I was pleased with it all. It gave the positive, elegant, and intimate vibe I was seeking. And the food that we chose was really good. It was heavy rain outside this day, but, it did not stop the sunshine energy in her(Black Owned) establishment. ✨

The restaurant was decorated nicely, but the service was very slow. We were told that it would take @ 40 minutes to get our food, because the food was made to order. We waited for 2 hours, and the food was warm and barely seasoned when it was served. Once the owner works service and food flavoring, she will be on the right track.

The atmosphere was amazing! Such a beautiful place. The Salmon and Asparagus were amazing, my husband had the Salmon too, and broccoli and he enjoyed it. The Baked Potato was that was cut in half for us, wasn’t done and it was a bit cold. But the owner was very nice and friendly and the two waitress were nice. Anytime a NEW business is established, you have to give them time to adjust. We plan to go again. I believe they will do very well . If they take into account the reviews.

Went in the restaurant and the place looked nice, but immediately the owner was rude. Waited 30 min to get drinks and almost 2 hrs to get food. Service was below sub par and there’s nothing diamond about this cuisine. When we got the food, it was cold, burger was salty, mac and cheese wasn’t seasoned and we waited soooooooooo long to get the check, I was crying to leave. I dont recommended coming to dine here. This is my opinion and my experience. Yours might be different, but I will never go back. To top it off, when we finally paid the bill and left, we went to Krystals

The ribeye steak was excellent—highly recommend. My girl isn’t usually a fan of red meat, but she really liked it.
