My husband have been ordering delivery from Dominos in West Richland for many years. They are 3.8 miles from our house. We like their pizza but the best part is it always gets here hot. We decided to try Pizza Hut after many years and have now ordered from there twice in the last month. The store we order from is 2.7 miles from us. While we really liked the pizza both times (the spicy sauce makes all the difference and the crust is well done) it came almost cold both times. As Pizza Hut is closer by a mile, I would expect the pizza to be hot on arrival. We won’t order again if Pizza Hut can’t use hot boxes to carry their food. And we ordered from Pizza Hut directly, not from Grub Hub or Door Dash.

This pizza was the perfect blast from the past. Ordered two one topping pizzas and they were delish! Crispy, buttery and full of flavor.
They only had one gal working the whole front so, service was slow. However, she was great and kept taking care of customers left and right. She did a wonderful job with being the only one.

I’m a doordash driver, and I got refused to take an order because I didn’t have a hot bag. And they said they didn’t have any extra bags to give out. Doordash doesn’t require you to have hot bags. It’s recommended, but not required. I’m not one of their employees or drivers. I’m a third party contractor. If a person came in for carry out, you going to make sure they have a hot bag “so the food stays hot”? No. You’re not going to make a customer have a hot bag. What’s the difference between that and doordash? Also tell your employees to stop taking the tips from doordash drivers. I’m sure it was my appearance, as I’m not all that great looking. I was told to cancel the order. And the lady that was sitting at the counter was nice, but the other lady was rude and demanded I leave. 1/5/26 around noon to 1:30pm

Very happy with my experience. I had a classic large pan pepperoni and it was peak pizza hut. Dough was light and airy without being too oily. Staff was also friendly and double checked my order to make sure I didn’t walk out without my drink and parmesan shaker.

Ahh I can still remember the Pizza Hut experience growing up. Sadly now it’s far from it, my 5 year old told me to never come back in because she saw dead and live bugs by the window. The tables were dirty, the cheese wasn’t very confidence inspiring, place was empty , overall a stale experience. One large pep with two drinks at $40 no lie.
I’ll just stick to pickup & delivery since I’ve yet to have a bad experience that way.

My pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. The crust was still doughy. Had to put it in my air fryer to be cooked all the way done. I mean we love pizza from pizza hut but this time my pizza wasn’t cooked all the way done.

My wings were dry and pizza hardly had toppings. They’ve gone downhill for sure. When I asked for my wings to be saucy the lady stated it would be .80 cents for extra sauce, how is it extra sauce if my wings were dry to begin with? Last time I come here, go spend your hard earned money at RT.

The food took 15 minutes longer than they said, and it wasn’t even busy. Besides that, it was a great place. The flight of 3 different types of ranch was really cool though. The peperoni ranch tastes like peperoni! But my favorite was the Chipotle ranch. The good was great. The people were nice, and it’s got a great inside dining area.
