I just spent 30 minutes in the drive through with what sounded like a clearly frustrated employee. After waiting for my food for some time after paying in my own frustration, I hopped out of the car and decided to go in and see what was taking so long. I walked in to see a lobby full of people and a single employee working on a Sunday morning. Despite the fact that her situation looked overwhelming and almost hopeless. This young woman had it under control. She was calm. She was patient and she was getting it done one order at a time. I know what it’s like to feel that pressure. She deserves a commendation for handling it like a boss. It was fully worth the wait. I think it was the best Panini I have ever had. I do think so. One of the things we noticed when we walked into the lobby was the smell of burning toast. This girl championed what could have been disater. I am praying that you can hire more employees because you already have one really great employee. I’m praying for the success of your store and everyone that works there. Thank you for reminding me to be patient today.

Staff are nice but I consistently get the wrong size coffee. I order a L and receive an XL. These guys aren’t adjusting the sweetness when they do it. It’s not bonus coffee when you can’t drink it from the bitterness. Today, I order a large latte with whip and received something different without whip. I’m not sure what i just took a sip out of but it’s not what was ordered. It was dumped down the drain almost immediately and now I’m stuck at work coffee-less. I expect what I order especially for the price I’m paying.

I mean it’s in a gas station but that didn’t stop me from going two days in a row.

It was an absolutely joyful coffee experience. That vanilla cold brew with cold foam works wonders.

The Timbits are flawless.

The biscuit sandwich was wayyyy better than competition that tries to do the same thing.

I judge all donut/coffee places by their glazed donut. If it’s good, then I know the place is good. Well guess what? The glazed donut passed the test with flying colors.

Ignore the rating on here. It’s better than it appears. Really loved it!

This location is supposed to stop deliver at 8pm and close at 9pm. We arrived at 7:30pm, stood at the counter for a few minutes until ann employee decided to show up. Then we attempted to order food and were told that they were not serving anymore food this evening. Being that I am staying right behind this establishment, I asked what time they normally stopped serving food. The employee stated whenever, I then asked “so basically you just stop serving food whenever you feel like it? “ The employees just smirked at me! So either this location needs some work or the owner is loosing out on money because their employees are just collecting a paycheck and not working!

The prices one the drive thru display have been wrong for a number of months now. When employees are asked, they say they’re working with corporate to correct the issue and continue to charge you a mystery higher price. Money is tough for a lot of people right now, and I feel like correcting this problem should be management’s #1 priority.

This Tim’s was located on North Zeeb Rd, Ann Arbor, Michigan. After driving from Chicago heading to Toronto to finally see a Tim Horton’s sign on the Hiway, you can only imagine how thrilled I was. However, that kind of came crashing down when i asked for a dark roast coffee and tasted it, to find out that its bot the same recipie as the Dark roast available throughout all of Canada or simply the employee was not truthful when i asked him about it… I go for the latter as I dont beleive for 1 minute that TH would alter its recipie for the dark roast blend…

I had the WORST customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life at this Tim Hortons on Zeeb Rd. The employee was EXTREMELY RUDE & walked off and would not even sell me product. I will not recommend Tim Hortons anyone ever. That employee should be terminated . He was working on 12/18 between 4:00-5:00pm.

Waited 27 minutes for 4 coffees and 4 simple breakfast sandwiches. Eggs looked old, sandwiches were a joke, and all the employees (besides one) were very unprofessional and not helpful. Another guy in line asked to check on his coffee (after about 25 minutes of waiting) and the lady making his coffee was very rude and then didn’t even put ice in his iced coffee. Another employee was telling another customer how he hates working there and he would rather work in a bar. I understand working in the food business is very tough right now due to understaffing and shortages, but no one was being rude to the employees and all the customers were very patient and kind. The employees did not need to treat their customers like this. Out of the 4 sandwiches, not one was edible and we ended up throwing everything away. 3/4 of the coffees were decent, but the pumpkin spice latte was undrinkable, not sure how it was messed up but the flavoring was gross and we ended up throwing this away too. Spent somewhere around $50 all together and was unable to eat/drink about 70% of what we purchased. Super disappointed with this service and food/drink quality. I understand things are tough right now and I didn’t expect super high quality but I think they can do a little better than this.

Me and my boyfriend were roadtripping and we stopped for gas and were excited to grab some food/donuts. When we went to order the guy asked what we want and was making racist remarks on his headset to his co worker. He then continues to flirt with his coworker thru the headset and when my boyfriend orders a chicken panini he continues to complain right in front of our face thru his little headset how he doesn’t want to make another chicken panini and is constantly complaining with the other co workers how annoying it is we ordered a panini. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for one panini and one donut with zero line.
