Today was our second time dining at Sake Sushi. The reason why we came back was because the first time our kids absolutely loved the sushi and the service was excellent- so we wanted to come back. Today was even better. Fresh fish, sushi rolls are great size, restaurant is clean and so are bathrooms, and service we got was amazing. The only criticism that I can find to give is this: miso soup would be even better if 10-15 degrees hotter. Otherwise everything else is just amazing. We will definitely be back!

Sake Sushi is a solid 10/10. The sushi was super fresh and flavorful, and the staff made us feel right at home. I really loved the ambiance here, too. Definitely coming back soon!

This place just opened and they are off to a great start! The service was great, the restaurant vibe was that of a higher end restaurant. The sushi was fresh and delicious. They have a great picked wasabi sauce. My wife had the orange chicken it was very good.

Just stumbled on this for their second day open, and the first to sit in the fantastic outdoor dining area. We had lunch with two rolls, The Sacramento & Auburn, a couple of nigiri that were so clean and fresh-tasting, with perfect rice, I mean perfect! We will return to try some of the other food selections.

Great place to eat! Service was friendly and prompt and the food was excellent! We had a hankering for sushi so we ordered more than normal, everything was delicious! From the stuffed jalapeños, bbq albacore, and the 4 rolls we got! Delicious! They also had a build your own hand roll plate which was super fun for our 7 year old to make his own hand roll. We will definitely be back!

We visited Sake Sushi on their eighth day of service, which was also their second Saturday. Their rapidly growing popularity had temporarily outpaced their ability to ramp up staff and kitchen facilities to meet the unexpected demand. Fortunately, they have addressed the staffing level, and they are building out a second kitchen.
We waited about 15 minutes to be seated, with the understanding that food preparation would be delayed. It was well worth the wait.
We had an appetizer and four different rolls. One of our chief complaints about most local sushi restaurants is that all of the rolls generally taste the same. It was not the case here–each roll has a unique flavor. Also, their use of high-quality nori (dried seaweed) makes the rolls easy to eat without having to tug and twist off a bite (a common occurrence with inferior nori).
The wait staff was excellent! All friendly, attentive and efficient. I highly recommend giving this place a try. If you happened to be one of the few we noticed leaving before being seated, please give them some time to complete the kitchen expansion, and then come back again… you won’t be disappointed. We are definitely going to return.
Oh, and if you go in the next couple of weeks and Kyle is your waiter, please make sure to compliment him on his nice haircut.
