My first time trying Johnny Longshots and it did not disappoint. My nephew recommended this spot for a good cheesesteak in the area, so I gave it shot after basketball practice with my son. Great specials and the customer service was outstanding. The owner Jay front and center working hard. I appreciate the conversation and the history of the restaurant. I ordered 4 cheesesteaks and Cajun fries. After ordering Jay recommended the Tom and Jerry which is my new go to. Thank Jay and Team for your hospitality

Me and my boyfriend heard of this restaurant on instagram and we decided to take a ride and try it. The pizza, mozzarella sticks and garlic knots were all great, the size of the pizza and portions of the food were all worth the money. Definitely reminds me of north jersey/NYC pizza which I grew up on. Me and my bf enjoyed it and the left overs were fantastic today. The pozzaria was great too, nice murals and seating. Would definitely come back.

Going to this place was the best accident I’ve ever made. I went to Johnny Long Shots because I didn’t know where to go on a Saturday night date night. Best decision ever. The wait time to service time was absolutely perfect especially for it being Valentine’s Day. The gentleman gave us the right amount of space to make our decision on what to eat but also chiming in whenever we heard we had a question. When we ordered the food he made suggestions and suggested additions that would make our bill cheaper while getting us the maximum amount of food literally whatever place has ever done that before ever. I’m not going to lie to you so that’s how your wedding was lackluster. Everything else was absolute fire. Every squidden ocean should be afraid because they made the calamari perfect. It sets the standard. You can’t see me because this is a review but I’m a fat guy and I know what calamari supposed to taste like and it is this. I got the Johnny long shot and boy oh boy this is a Cheesesteak made perfect you can literally tell that this is what this guy does all day everyday cuz he’s nailed the formula. This man must be part octopus because he’s running a one-man show but still manage to make sure that all the food was timely was hot that we were attended to. The mozzarella sticks had that perfect ratio of having the cheese be stretchy having the breading be hard but having it be the correct texture. The garlic knots had my soul and not because of how good they were. Also there’s a giant mural on the wall and I found it to be hilarious. If you stumble upon this review I suggest your next stumble is into the doors of Johnny Longshot. If you do you may see me because I’m definitely coming back.

First, the food was great! Even though you can take out, the dining area is quiet in an intimate setting. The host was doing everything (there may have been someone in the back) but he was getting everyone’s orders together, helped with any questions, delivered food to the dining floor and with each and every interaction he was kind. We will come back! I will recommend!

We stopped in on our way home from wrestling. Everyone was starving! Starving to the point where nothing makes sense, you have absolutely no clue what you want, and nobody can agree on anything. The owner was so welcoming, helped us decide what we wanted, made suggestions and offered samples. We ordered, mini panzarotti, old bay fries, a few orders of wings, mozzarella sticks, and a plain slice! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We have been using Johnny Longhots-Deptford all season to feed our high school football team. Week after week the food is delicious, delivered on time, and they are incredibly easy to work with, and fairly priced. We will continue to use them in the future, and very happy with their catering!

Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. On Tues they offer free fries with steak and we received and entire bag of fries!! BBQ chicken pizza was packed with toppings- 1 slice was entire meal! Gigi took care of us and she was extremely pleasant and friendly. This was our 1st visit and we will definitely return!!

Our family absolutely loves this pizzeria! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they truly make you feel at home. Every time we bring our kids in, they get spoiled with a cookie or a Rice Krispie treat of their choice, which they look forward to just as much as the pizza! The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent whether we dine in or get delivery. Even when we can’t make it in person, we know we can count on our order arriving hot and tasty. It’s become one of our favorite spots, and we’re so grateful to have such a wonderful place to enjoy as a family.

Great hoagies ~ however…. The Cross Keys location has a better cheesesteak. More meat & more flavor. My choice this time was the Rocky II ~ very flavorful ~ chicken was sparse but so much flavor that it was still very tasty!!! see photos…

The jumbo pizza was great but the kind of fries we ordered came with old bay on them. There were clumps of old bay on them making the fries really spicy.
