I ordered a pizza that was half Hawaiian and half Pepperoni and mushrooms. The girl asked me 5 times what I wanted on that half of the pizza and I repeated 5 times, pepperoni and extra mushrooms”. Then she said, oh, you want double mushrooms? I said yes. She stared at me really weirdly the whole time we were talking about the ingredients. Got home, no extra mushrooms at all.
The last pizza I had gotten was really good so that’s why I had gone back to that Pizza Hut.

My experience at Pizza Hit was the longest but it was amazing. One female host that wear a red Pizza Hut bean deserves recognition I believe her name was Uniquee. She made my experience there delightfully. Her smile is inviting made my time

My hand tossed pizza’s were paper thin and did not have sauce, maybe a dash of sauce but with crust so thin, I can’t imagine how the sauce would go on!!

This store 10147 wornall road is my local hut, and each time I’ve had excellent customer service. In the evening hours there is a representative named Unique she is awesome, very very nice when the store is crowded and busy she has a great attitude. She never is rude and overall she seems like she loves her job. The store itself is clean. I wouldn’t mind working part-time at this location.
