I love jack in the box. I went thru drive the today. Ordered the I believe it was called Chicken Supreme Sandwich meal $4.99. great price. I believe the sandwich should have had lettuce and tomatoe on it . No tomato. The lettuce was wilted , flat and stuck to the bun. The chicken patty was fine. I wish I had taken a picture to post what it looked like. Disappointed this time

Don’t use the drive thru! I ordered a kid’s hamburger without ketchup or mustard.  I asked to add Secret Sauce.  I’ve been able to get it here before (when walking in). She told me they don’t have Secret Sauce. I question that. It’s a restaurant item most still carry. And this restaurant always has. So I asked her to put the ketchup and mustard back on. She didn’t understand.  I tried again. So she added mustard and closed my ticket.  I had to get her attention and tell her it was wrong. She didn’t know what to do. I said let’s just cancel and start over. She canceled and then ignored me.  Inside, pre-COVID, counter service was acceptable, but not noteworthy.

Terrible service and employees. Came here in the early morning of 11/26. Was told they could not honor my mobile order because the order showed up differently on their system. I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken but was told it showed up as crispy chicken. Was told if I want to get the one with grilled chicken, I would need to pay extra even after I showed them proof of my online order.

Where do I start. Ill keep it short for once… fire your staff, they all suck. This guys been waiting 15 minutes for tacos. I swear the cashier does certain actions on purpose to not have repeat customers. Jack… look into this location, its ruining your name.

Order was wrong and no receipt given.
Regular instead of curly fries and a bunch of taco sauce for some random reason. No ketchup. All after confirming the order at the window before they handed it to me.
Tried to call and no one answered.

First of all I love jack in a box I go often however I will not be returning to this location if I can help it to start all I did was go through the drive through except no one answered me the first time so I drove around saw they were definitely open so I drove back around this time I was greeted and I mentioned I was ignored the first time this is important because I feel that this is the reason what happened next happened I placed my order to the now annoyed employee (Jen or Alexandria Jen is the name she gave me but Alexandria is on my receipt as the server) when I got my food I pulled through and checked my order before leaving and of course my order was incorrect so now I’m pulling through the drive through for a third time at this point I’m upset about the crappy service I received and I want a refund lady at the window said we don’t do refunds she put bacon on my burger and gave it back with extra fries (the last thing I want I more food than I can eat I wanted my refund so I could go elsewhere) needless to say to say the service is unacceptable an I will be returning when a manager is present

Over charged me for tiny tacos, or didn’t add cheese to my nacho tacos. However you want to look at it I didn’t get what I paid for. I tried using the app but apparently locations have the ability to shut down the use of the app so I wasn’t able to use that for this location or the surrounding locations. The app is definitely not worth my time.
