Used to like this place and have been ordering here for a while! But got old chicken last night. Called and told them about it but they claim it is fresh. It most definitely was not. Also the crab rangoon does not really have crab in it! I will no longer order here.

Hot braised chicken was delicious! Crab Rangoon was ok but it was just a sweet cream cheese. No signs of crab. Not even imitation crab. The pork fried rice was really good but it was really light colored and it had only 3 pieces of oinks. Overall, I would recommend ❤️

This business I usually recommend due to being nearby and the delivery service is amazing. Many of my guests have liked what they have ordered, however I am very disappointed in my order, everything was precooked, and tasteless, no flavor whatsoever, egg rolls were not fried they were reheated and nasty. The Crab Rangoon was the only decent item, the Dragon Phenix and shrimp fried rice were sin par by any standards. Your new chief has dropped the ball on this one!!!

Use to love this place, but after a delivery driver tried to ask for more of a tip while delivering, we’ve decided to no longer eat here. Unfortunate, but we don’t want to risk an awkward situation like prior. Note, we had tipped 20% to the driver to literally drive down the street… yet that wasn’t enough. If your drivers aren’t making enough, they need to ask their place of employment for a raise, not customers. Gross.

Fun Chinese place in downtown STL. I’m sure during the weekdays they are a lot busier with the lunch rush, but on Saturday the place was completely empty. We were the only people eating, and it felt a little like the twilight zone. A fully stocked bar and restaurant with no people. I wouldn’t recommend physically eating here because of the atmosphere.

As we were waiting for our food to be prepared, we noticed the cook in the kitchen through the window while preparing the food lick the spoon he was cooking with and he didn’t wash it. When we brought it to the lady at the window who took our order attention she walked off and went to the kitchen and closed the door so we could no longer see into the kitchen. She then came back and basically said we were lying. I simply asked for my money back and she got mad and handed me the receipt and slammed her window in my face while I was still talking. The receipt was wrong so I asked her about it and she snatched it from my hand and basically told me I couldn’t read even though the reciept was wrong.This place in my opinion is very unsanitary and unprofessional. I will never come here again. I will also be notifing the local health department.

Trash I was sick bed bound and made and order. 26 dollars of trash everything old are spoiled. I couldn’t figure out how because I made order at 11.30 so why was food spoiled. Don’t eat here made me sicker

This is our 4th time ordering take out from Red Door and again I am impressed with this place. I had the General Tso’s chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. Big fan of this dish and it’s big enough for 2 people. We ordered at peak dinner time so it took about an hour to be delivered. The driver was courteous and the food was hot like it was just made. They do a good job of packaging their food. The chicken had a nice crispy breading and was served in sweet and spicy sauce. I will say all of the sauces seem to be more on the sweet side and it tends to make the chicken soggy after a while. Next time I would get it on the side. Fried rice was tasty and not to salty. They have really good egg rolls as well. We will order from again.
