I left the store with my order. Noticed that there were no beans after picking through it. Brought it back and they added beans to the plate. Cross contamination, no change of gloves from a bag that has been handled and left the store. It should have been made fresh. And the customer service is poor

Just had the BEST experience at this location! All of the food was right AND they were throwing it down with a great attitude. I don’t think I’ve ever been through a drive through and ACTUALLY felt better about myself on the other side. But this time. This time was pure awesomeness!

Whoever was working the drive thru at 8pm on 8/27/2025 set my personal record for worst drive thru experience ever. Out of 6 items one was correct. Aside from terrible order taking skills. She had an attitude because we made sure all food items were the bag before we drove off. If I go back and she’s working I’ll open each individual item and make sure they are correct first.

We usually go to this location once a month, and the employees are friendly, but inattentive. EVERY SINGLE TIME, they forget to give us our drinks, and we have to ask for them. We got used to it. This last visit, they forgot our drinks, AND broke every taco we ordered. As expensive as Taco Bell is now, you would think we could get tacos that aren’t in pieces. We were the only customers in there, and no one in the drive thru. Everyone was on their phones, leaning against the equipment. It’s not hard to fill a taco!

I love Taco Bell but I can’t stand coming here. I understand some people have a bad day but don’t take it out on other people. Customers service is so rude. I had asked for mild sauce and was given hot sauce and the girl in the window had rudely rolled her eyes at me. I didn’t wanna say anything because once again I understand people have they days. So I went inside to get some mild sauce she proceeded to give me 3 mild sauce saying that she gave me mild sauce at the window. It’s like everything I come here someone at the window has a rude attitude.

Sadly, this will be the last time I visit this Taco Bell. Pulled in the drive through on Friday 8/8 around 11:30 PM. Started to order after being asked what I would like until I was asked to hold about 30 seconds later. No big deal, it happens. 5 mins later, still nothing. I finally said “Umm hello?” to which I was rudely told “We’re too busy to take orders right now so you’re gonna have to wait 10 mins before ordering”. Meanwhile, there’s NO ONE in the drivethrough in front of me! I pulled through since I wasn’t about to wait to realize the dinner room was COMPLETELY EMPTY! How are you so backed up with 0 people in the drive through or inside??? Very disappointing…
