My family was looking for a steakhouse coming up to Daytona from the south, and we stumbled upon this place. It looks unsuspecting, being part of a strip mall, but we were all pleasantly surprised.
The service was excellent. Our server was a delightful woman and she accommodated our every request. We never had to wait too long for her to come by even though the establishment was very busy.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. My entire family enjoyed their meals; I ordered a salmon pasta with shrimp added by request, and it was, bar none, the best salmon and shrimp I’d ever had. It was a significant amount of food and came at a very reasonable price.
For dessert, they actually show you a platter of plastic models displaying exactly what you can get and how big the portion is. All the selections looked tasty; I got some kind of banana-chocolate cake, and it was excellent!
I highly recommend this place. If I were ever in the area again, I would return without hesitation.

The food was excellent! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff (thank you Janet for great service). Don’t let the fact that it is located in a strip mall fool you that the restaurant is below par. It’s a gem and worth your patronage. They go as far as serveing you warm bread before your meal to add a touch of class. We will definitely be back.

Tried it for the first time tonite, party of 6 and I can tell you that everyone was extremely pleased with their meal. Caesar sales was the best I’ve had in years, my steak was tender and cooked to perfection and special baked potato was exactly that!
Then came dessert and once again fabulous.
But what made the entire experience so extra special was our beautifully professional server, Lee, you rarely see that quality of service in a restaurant in that price range… which was very reasonable.
We will for sure be back.

My husband & I went for the $6.99 burger special tonight. We arrived by 5 pm, so were seated immediately. I had the triple cheese burger with fries which were good; my burger was undercooked a little, but flavorful. I had potato soup that was good too. My husband had a regular burger that was good, plus mac & cheese. Good deal meals!

I’ve been coming here for years with my family because of the house salad, petite sirloin, burgundy mushrooms and mashed potatoes. It’s a nice quaint atmosphere and the food is most always perfect. Our server last night Chris, was stellar. He was knowledgeable about the menu, was so friendly and gave us perfect service. He really made our night, I will only sit with him from now on. Our food was on point too.

Always wanted to try this place because the wood fire smells so good outside. Went in on a Tuesday evening after dinner rush. Even though there were empty tables, we still had to wait about 10 minutes to get seated. Once seated the waitress mentioned how busy they were even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We had two kids with us, and the kids’ menu doesn’t even feature steak! They were disappointed. So, we decided to order larger and split the meals so the kids could have steak. When my steak came out, it was extremely burnt on one side, and the texture was horrible- very gummy. I would have tried to mention to the waitress so it could have been rectified, but she did not come around the rest of the meal to check on things. So, I ended up just sending it back when she brought our bill. The rest of the food served was fair at best. Lastly, when reviewing our bill in the waitress’ bill holder, there was a card in there stating that Tuesday was Kids’ Night, and all kids eat free. Given that we had two kids with us, this was not even mentioned to us!! I would never go back to eat there.

Took my wife here for the rare night out last week. The steak was great, cooked just how I liked it. Well done, but not over done. My wife’s chicken was also excellent. Our waitress, Deb, was great. She was fun and made our night it special.

First of all, our server was excellent! I don’t think I caught her name but we were there March 7 for a late lunch. She was hustling her tail off, stretched pretty thin, but you wouldn’t know it from her great attitude! The place had a chill old school steakhouse feel, but less claustrophobic than many I’ve been to. Great food and drink specials every day. Unfortunately, my burger, which I ordered medium rare came out as shoe leather.. but I didn’t have the heart to tell her. Plus you know what happens when you send food back . The bathroom was very dirty, but that could have been a previous guest… It looked pretty fresh, I won’t go into details. Overall, I’ll definitely go back, and I’ll probably emphasize how I prefer my burger to be cooked in order to avoid another well done briquette. It was a simple mistake, and I’ll give them a second chance, because of the server and the fact that everyone else at the table had burgers cooked as ordered. I know she got the order right and the kitchen just messed up.. you get used to that in Port Orange! Lol!

Ate here twice while vacationing in Daytona and really enjoyed our food! The steaks were awesome some of the best we’ve had! Fried mushrooms were delicious as well! Service was also awesome! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop by!!
