CATS?! This is the worst DQ location I’ve ever been to. Will never go back. Was a bunch of kids working there. No customer service skills. They ran out of meat patties, so we didn’t get all our burgers. What we got was cold, cheese wouldn’t even melt. Fries were sour, like old fryer grease. And to top it off, they leave the back door open and are letting cats in there. Just Filthy. Couple employees were sitting there smoking and petting, holding a cat then handling food, and letting them run around in the kitchen! Disgusting.

Love the staff! Always clean and friendly. Nothing beats the crispy chicken!!! As far as icecream flavors, there is nothing that they will not try to make for your satisfaction. My boyfriend and I placed an order online and when we got there, we had to wait for 15 minutes. They weren’t busy, as we were the only ones inside and there were only 2 vehicles in the drive through. The food was sitting on the warmer while we were waiting to be served, and when we got it, the ranch in our chicken strip basket was spilled all over our fries and toast. The lids were deformed and didn’t even fit, which they would have known putting them on and just ignored. On top of that, my blizzard was already melting and dripped onto the floor as he held it upside down. Our fries were cold and soggy and the chicken was hard and dry. The toast in the chicken strip basket had ranch all over it and was therefor soggy. The strawberries in our sundae were frozen solid, as well as the strawberries in my blizzard. There wasn’t a single napkin in the bag. On the plus side, my onion rings were good, as well as the pretzels, however they were only lukewarm. I generally do not write reviews, but there really weren’t any upsides to this order.

The service was very good. We received our food and ice cream very quickly. The restaurant was busy but the staff stayed right on top of it. The food was good. This was very refreshing when service is often lacking in many establishments these days.

We go here at least three times a week. Our favorite ice cream anywhere. Ice cream is thick and tasty. The meal specials are quite good. The employees at the drive-thru window are always friendly and helpful, especially a man called Nico. Our two big dogs go with us and get a fabulous pup cup.
