Company is getting too comfortable placing barricades in front of drive thru saying they’re closed ! Hello yll are 24 hours and I guess no one is reporting yll I will not drive over here another day and they tell me they’re closed and I want my breakfast. There’s never a valid reason on why they closed when u ask they just say we are closed . I asked a worker sitting outside in the car what’s going on why are the blockers there he said idk I just got here. Needless to say he proceeds to go inside and not acknowledge the line of cars in the lot waiting to be served . After waiting for 15 mins. I sat there today to order my food I normally leave but who is going to keep driving to an establishment wasting their gas like that for some one to play on someone’s clock is crazy I know they are not clocked in to say we are closed. during day time .

Dining room is NOW OPEN 10am to 1am! Keep in mind they are still wrapping up remodeling, training new staff and working out the kinks. They did a great job. They food was delicious, margarita was strong, salsa bar fully stocked and the service was excellent.

Arrived came to dine in as it has a clear sign as shown that inside and drive through was open 24/7 entered the facility and was almost immediately felt like a criminal and escorted out saying and was told it’s drive through only. I asked I saw the sign they said “yeah whatever, how did u even get in here” I said the front door the follow me like I did something wrong. I have a picture of the sign that is posted on the front of the establishment. I don’t know why they have that out of they aren’t going to honor it. But it’s not okay the way they treat potential customers by lying and misleading them with the signs only to rug pull and belittle them when they show up.

Takes entirely to long to get food in drive thru you can be waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get food even if there is a short line. I got my pile high nachos barley any meat and cheese mostly beans and chips

Even back when it used to be Bennigan’s. This location used to be a staple of the area. The dining room has been closed since COVID. When I got word that the dining room had reopened, 2/09/2026. I had to come and check it out! As soon as I walk through the front door, it smell like mold and mildew. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the sink area look like an abandoned gas station, faded countertop grit, and grime in the sink. It was just plain old filthy. The owner, the manager, nor staff have any integrity. Between the smell and the filth, I was so disgusted I didn’t even want to sit down and eat. I have so many questions!?!?
If you’ve been closed since 2020, why not do a remodel during that time instead of opening the dining room back up to do a remodel? Makes no sense. I wonder if the City Of Houston has given a Saf-Serv permit or occupancy permit cause it’s downright disgusting!

The food is good but the drive thru was closed with no sign or warning. The restaurant is open but no one answered the phone. I am a regular customer that depends on the drive thru for service.
