Dirty restaurant. Employees playing around a bit to much. They didn’t put a spoon in the bag. By the time I found a spoon in this spoon tappin town, my smoothie bowl was melted. Quit playing around on the clock and start paying attention to what you’re doing and maybe you wouldn’t have to work at a tropical smoothie.

They were busy when we arrived. They did pretty good job serving. Food was fast also. Only thing I noticed is that they were making lots of mistake on orders as they were making items which were already made and then looking for that customer who ordered it. I did find that they had 2 new hired employees they were training and was the reason the mistake were being done. I will definitely go there again when I get chance as the rest of the employees were great while teaching new hired. Smoothie were nice. And food quality was great at well.

I got the new Ohana smoothie and it was disgusting tasted like dirt and none of the ingredients that were listed tasted like it was in it. It also showed the smoothie as blue and it came out green. I asked if I could change it and get something else because it was awful and they said no. Worst customer service I’ve experienced here.my husbands açaí bowl was also frozen and he couldn’t eat it for 30 mins. The guy did not care at all that was helping us.

About February and March of this year, the food and staff were incredible.
I recently started seeing this new crew on the weekends and nights.
And ever since this new crew was hired, the quality of the food and smoothies has declined past a recoverable level.
It’s not the same at all, not a care at all or any effort was put into my food.
This is the 4th time this has happened, so unless more training or a new crew is hired.
I don’t see anything getting better.

The male order taker was so rude and smart alecky. The manager and make order taker was rushing us while I was trying to find the right smoothie I wanted and my daughter was interpreting for me. I told the manager I. The window and she was nonchalant and obviously was more worried about service time since she said they were rushing because of the time.thet killed our vibe so we left . I prefer a more professional and courteous establishment.

Tasted terrible. Got a mocha madness and it tasted like watered down dirt. None of the ingredients were right. When I went in to get a remake, the employee got irritated. The remake tasted even worse. Don’t waste your time.

My favorite smoothie was the watermelon mojito because it was legit like a biting into a watermelon. No overload of liquid sugar. Best part, edible lime straws. That’s the stuff of dreams, I craved it all summer.
