I ordered 3 hot drinks today. My late was half full. The other 2 were 3/4’s full. I GAVE YOU A $5.00 TIP!!! NO WONDER STARBUCKS IS GOING UNDER. Very disappointed. Won’t get my business again.

Got a Caramel brûlée latte today from here, got to work opened it up cause it felt really light. Upon opening my drink there is like chunky stuff sitting on the top of my drink, it was not even filled all that way. Where the coffee is sitting at in the cup is right where the sleeve goes over. That is very unprofessional, and not okay, do better.

I stopped by this Starbucks and was blown away with the great experience. The employees were sooo kind, helpful, and they seemed like they actually liked their jobs and coworkers. I saw them connect with customers by name, keep the store clean, and overall just kept immaculate vibes for the place. Oh and my drink was great too.

I no longer recommend this location, (or Starbucks in general for that matter). I went in today to redeem some rewards points and get some merchandise. Previously this week when I visited this location, I asked about the merchandise sale and the team member, presumably a manager, indicated that everything was 50% off. When I went in today, I asked if that was true and a different team member confirmed that was the case. I picked out a stainless steel cup that was the only one of its kind remaining and asked if it was on sale and they confirmed that it was, then they noticed that it didn’t have a lid that came with it so they just said they would give it to me for free, which was a pleasant surprise. Shortly after, during the checkout process, another employee, presumably a manager, mentioned that it was not on sale and that it would be full price. So, not only were they no longer going to give it to me for free as they mentioned, they were going to charge full price for it, so I ended up choosing something else that I didn’t want (I had rewards points expiring today 1/1/26).

My disappointment stems from the inconsistency and lack of integrity. The employee that was directly helping me was friendly and nice, so this is not a complaint against the employee at all, as I could tell they were trying to showcase excellent customer service, but it is a complaint regarding the management and corporate structure and what seems to be a lack of training and education so that everyone is on the same page and not giving false information, and also stating one thing, only to have someone else counter it. This is not a good business practice, and lacks integrity.

In summary, if you tell a customer something, hold to your word and make good on your promise and deliver on that, and own it, honor your word. I felt tricked and lied to, and I am not okay with that, and no one should be okay with that. I will reiterate that this is not seemingly a fault of the employee at all, but with the management and lack of proper training, and lack of integrity.

Consider this, whether you are a customer or an employee/manager of this company/location, how would you feel if this happened to you?

I am less concerned about the actual item itself, but rather, I am more concerned about the principle of the matter.

On the corporate level as a whole, I have felt like things have declined with the company, particularly the rewards system, but that is not specific to this location, so this location has no control over that aspect, and I digress…

I used to enjoy this location, now I have lost a desire to return.

we had ordered snickerdoodle hot chocolate. They didn’t know what it was so we just ordered regular hot chocolate instead. Then we get to the window turns out they made us the hot chocolates that we wanted. They googled the ingredients and it was perfect. I love the effort and their service with a positive attitude!

Beware new cups are horrible. When I took the cup, holding it in the middle, the lip came off and spilled all over me, burning my hand and leg. The cashier said she was sorry and this had been happening a lot. Good luck. Hopefully it doesn’t explode on you.

I came here this morning to get my favorite drink that I’ve been getting for three years. I just moved to South Jordan, and this is the closest Starbucks to me, I just barely paid for my order and the payment went through, but she told me that it didn’t accept my card. I only had enough on my card for my drink. So I couldn’t scan again, it shows on my bank account, and I showed them the transaction as well, But she said the card didn’t go through. Then the manager came up and rudely waved her hand through the window in my face, as I was trying to show her the transaction, She was extremely rude and didn’t even bother to look at me…and I definitely didn’t pull up to Starbucks to get in a fight today. I pulled up to get my coffee and mind my business. That was the worst and rudest experience I’ve had anywhere to be honest. Waving your hand in a customers direction to silence them is AWFUL service. If you don’t like your job go get another one. Don’t make it the customers problem.

Gals were very friendly. Having lived in NJ the past three years. This was surprising and pleasant. The one gal was nice as in how she made the hot salted caramel latte for me. I did not anticipate the price. As in they do not have a hot caramel latte. Only cold. Was much higher than anticipated.

Terrible customer service. Post says they are open today. Line of cars and girl comes out all rude yelling we are closed laughs and shuts door. Tried asking her a question and she smiled and shut door in my face.

Came for a morning pick me up. Josie was rude, unprofessional and had a complete and utter meltdown at even the mention of making an excruciatingly simple drink – the oh so simple undertow – her complaint and no, I’m not kidding – ‘I’ve never been trained and we just don’t have the tools’ …. …. news to the ‘trained barista’ – you have espresso, cream (breve), flavoring of choice, foam spoon; now for ringing it in the POS – you again have the base drink – espresso, w/cream, flavoring of choice, add modifications – affogato or upside down then typing ‘undertow’ for the bar – indicating undertow, if necessary and not already blatantly obvious the drink it made UPSIDE-DOWN. I mean…really? You don’t have the training or the tools? There are far more complicated drinks made behind that bar on the daily! In my day, we made the Unicorn Frappuccino which – I swear -was a 17 step drink and we didn’t complain once, ESPECIALLY in front of customers! We blended and sprinkled and dusted those purple sparkled drinks until the unicorns came home all with a smile on our face as that is the Sbux way! I’m thinking you don’t belong behind the bar friend. On the other hand, Tony, you stepped in and put your ‘shift’ to shame. You entered with class and made the drink like a pro and did so with style, poise and professionalism in the Starbucks style befitting a true barista, nay a shift sup. The DM of this store needs to take a closer look at who they are promoting. Tony should be the shift, Josie needs more training, if a continuing as barista at all. ‍♀️ Barista may not be your calling to be honest… you brought no joy to this customers day.
