They must have changed management or staff because the last few months the service and quality has been exceptional. I like my drink made upside down and today, not only did I received my drink perfectly made but the little note on my cup made my day!! Someone drew a Demogorgon and the words UPSIDE DOWN!! I LOVE stranger things and to have someone take the time to do this after making the connection to the upside down part of my order was just perfect! It also took a little longer to get my drink (I had no issue waiting) as they said it slipped through the cracks but the supervisor immediately gave me a free drink card as an apology for a slightly longer wait. I just wish I didn’t live 20 minutes away from this location!!

My daughter just turned 15, so she is young. Most recently, she messed up her order and I had her call herself to correct it before it was made. She called immediately and the person on the phone said they’d take care of it. When we got there, the error had not been corrected, and not only did the girl waiting on her say in a rude tone “I’m not the one who answered the phone, so I know nothing about it,” but she proceeded to remake her drink while laughing about her and talking about her with an employee. When given her new drink, it still was not what she wanted and she tried asking the employee a question to see if maybe she’s just not understanding, and she again was spoken to like she was stupid, and she simply took the drink and walked back to me. The same employees again laughed and talked about her, an at the time 14 year old child who clearly doesn’t know the ins and outs of this stuff and is simply trying to order something she likes. She walked away with a drink she wasn’t happy with, a fear of asking an employee for advice or help, and a mom encouraging her to spend her money elsewhere. I will say some of our visits have been great and the staff have been super friendly, and she gets a kick out of the things they write and draw on the cups. I would advise not talking about or laughing about customer questions or concerns, regardless of how silly they may seem to you. I would advise not talking down to them and making them uncomfortable ever questioning something in the future. Our next visit had gone much better, but she ordered a pink drink and it 100% was not made correctly. She told me it was fine anyway and we left, but her fear of speaking up left her with a drink that she didn’t like again, and she’s throwing away her money. For the prices charged here, I think anyone would expect better all around.

I really hope this review is directly seen by the manager currently working at this Starbucks. I want to emphasize as much as possible that the service I received today (10/25/2025) around 6pm-7:30pm was the best I have ever gotten. The three girls working at the time went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of promptly. They even made time to leave an extremely well written message on the cup. This customer service is irreplaceable and I’d expect a raise for all of them! If anybody was to leave a poor review regarding these workers at this business, I’d highly believe it’s the customer who’s at fault, not the staff at this development.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times now and have witnessed Stacy the manager scolding her staff in a disgraceful manner, I can understand correcting staff but there is no need to yell at your workers and such a disgusting way and In front of the customers. While waiting in the lobby listen into management talking to staff and you’ll observe this rude behavior as well even when they’re in the backroom. It’s such a shame. Do better Starbucks.

I come in the afternoons and this pleasant young lady helped me on front counter I think her name was kat. She told me she remembered me by my skull hat it made my day to be remembered! My hot mocha was delicious. Definitely coming back again.

Fangtastic service! The staff is friendly and made conversation while I waited for my drink, mainly about my BG3 pins. The gingerbread chai was really good and was made quickly. This is a cozy and great Starbucks location. Y’all are doing a great job, take some short rests when you guys can 🙂

Mila at the Waterville, ME Starbies is hands down amazing! She recognizes our voices and order every time and has since the second time we ordered! Huge shout out to the employee Annie, she deserves everything! My card kept declining even though I just got a new one last week and I was already having a not so great day. While I stepped aside to call my bank she came up to me and told me “your all set I paid for you, have a great day.” made me want to cry right there, she’s a blessing and it’s the little things that matter to me.

Quick and friendly service on a Friday afternoon. Super close to I-95 and right off exit 130. There is a drive-thru at this location that seemed busier than it was inside. The bathrooms were clean and at least one has a changing table.
