The food was incredible; the steak was cooked to perfection and the fish was outstanding.
The true highlight of our evening was our server, Chauncey. He was genuinely amazing—attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration feel special. He ensured everything was perfect and added thoughtful touches (like the special anniversary message on our dessert plate!).
Thank you to Chauncey and the entire team for providing a memorable evening of delicious food and flawless service. We will definitely be back!
I am compelled to express my utmost admiration for the extraordinary service and culinary excellence experienced at your esteemed establishment. From the moment we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, to the gracious farewell extended by Manager Derick, every aspect of our visit was meticulously crafted to exceed expectations.
The breathtaking sunset vista over the water created an idyllic ambiance, perfectly complemented by the impeccable service provided by our server, Mia. Her expertise and attentiveness were truly exemplary, elevating our dining experience to unparalleled heights.
A special commendation is due to the Executive Chef, whose flexibility and dedication to culinary innovation accommodated our unique request with ease. The pièce de résistance was, without a doubt, the masterfully prepared filet and pork chop, which must be sampled by anyone seeking to indulge in true epicurean delight.
The dessert course, featuring the sublime cranberry cheesecake adorned with shaved white chocolate, was a masterclass in texture and flavor harmony. The extensive wine and liquor selection further underscored the restaurant’s commitment to providing an unparalleled gastronomic journey.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly affirm that every aspect of our experience was nothing short of extraordinary, justifying the premium pricing and solidifying my conviction that this restaurant is an absolute gem. I eagerly anticipate returning to savor more of the exceptional cuisine and service that defines your establishment.
Get the house bread, actually get 2, trust me.
The 5pm sunset menu is fantastic with smaller portions and well priced drinks.
The calamari is the best I’ve ever had, as far as its uniqueness.
We split the porterhouse. Perfectly cooked. Parm risotto was sensational.
Kids enjoyed it but not necessarily a kiddo place.
Drinks were good. Wine list is extensive and impressive.
Service was perfect, and I do mean perfect. The food could have been just average and the service would bring us right back.
Run, don’t walk here.
Also – the restaurant is situated on a beautiful pier that is incredible for photos. Come right before sunset for the best views!!!
After a very long day of traveling, We found this wonderful place. When you first walk in the decor is very costal. Next you see a very impressive wall of bottled wine selections and refrigerated coolers displayed with quality meats. We were greeted and seated immediately. The bar and dining area was clean , properly lit and had an elegant and classy feel. We were dressed very casual and seemed to blend in just fine with the other diners.
Our waiter ( Joey) was very friendly and informative. I love that he asked me to cut my ribeye to see it was to my liking before leaving our table.
The manager also stopped to chat and was extremely personable. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp and grits which was flavorful and of plentiful proportion, complete with a Hazy IPA. I had the 16 ounce ribeye, it was cooked to perfection ( medium rare) topped with mushrooms and onions $8.00 add on… It came with the vegetable of the day which was blanched green beans and your choice of mashed ( my choice) or grits. Along with a very nice glass of Moscato. It was my boyfriends birthday so we shared a piece of lemon chess cake ( I believe that is what it was called). With a dollop of cake ice cream on top. It was very similar to a lemon bar. Very tasty! They even wrote Happy Birthday in chocolate sauce on the plate , complete with a candle . We had a very nice time and do plan on returning in the future. It was a great start to our vacation!
Jesse’s overlooks the beautiful Bon Secour Bay, offering a breathtaking sunset view that’s hard to beat. Definitely make a reservation—this spot fills up quickly, and for good reason!
We started with Suzy B’s beer and a Lavender Martini — EXCELLENT! Since they are known for their dry- and wet-aged steaks (as well as their fresh fish), we decided to share the 16-oz ribeye. There’s a $5 split charge, but they include a little extra of the side for each of us — totally worth it. They know how to prepare a perfect steak, too!
The Blue Crab & Tasso Gratin was one of the most delicious and unique appetizers I’ve ever had, and the Key Lime Pie was the perfect way to end the meal.
We give Jesse’s on the Bay a 10 out of 10, and will be back!
