This is not NY pizza and in my personal opinion not good pizza. Wasted almost 50 bucks for 2 pizzas with barely any sauce, cheese that was cooked so hard the top of the pizza was becoming a cheese crisp and then the crust had no chew to it. It was like a cracker shell. Not to mention it left my hands looking like I did a shift in the coal mines from how burnt it was. This might be suited for travelers looking to have a “healthier” NY style pizza but if you’re a native New Yorker take my advice and go elsewhere. There’s at least a dozen other places I know on Long Island that do a real NY pizza for cheaper. I took a gamble on it so I’ll swallow the loss but fair warning to my fellow Nyers

Sept 2025: 5 star review. sat down inside and was treated perfectly. It was three of us. The waitress was so nice. The food was absolutely perfect. The garlic knots were the best knots I’ve ever had. Cheesy and garlicky perfection. Would order these every single day. Ordered 16” Paulie’s pie with pepperoni. It did not come out burnt. The taste was perfect!!! Also order buffalo and garlic parm wings. The buffalo sauce was out of this world. The garlic parm was average but still tasty.
I have to say I would return.

August 2025: was a 4 star review. Ordered online and did a pick up. Pizza tasted yummy but lots of the pizza was burnt from the coal fired oven. We couldn’t eat the crust. Otherwise, great flavor

First time to this location, same stuff we loved at the Wantagh location.
The well done wings and the well done pizza is what we are used to and this airport location does it just as good.
We have been ordering the cauliflower pizza for years and just love the combo!
The wings with onions is a signature combo for ACF too, love them both.
We were greeted upon arrival for our p/u, and shortly after we were on our way home to enjoy our two favorites!
No stars for atmosphere since we didn’t stay, but check the pic for yourself.
I’d recommend Anthony’s keep the area behind the counter a little cleaner…(see pic).

The wings, delicious especially the little burnt pieces with the sauce. It’s like bbq. Not too thrilled with the pizza, I was looking for more flavor. The atmosphere was nice, just a little too dark for my liking. I also didn’t understand why each waitress/waiter walked by a table that wasn’t cleaned. We arrived at 6pm left at 7pm, and the table was never cleaned. That was strange. Needless to say the service was good for a table of 5, to order, eat and leave in an hour, not bad.

UPDATE: The snow removal on the front side was much better after my following visit, and there was rock salt applied often, thank you!

Original:
The pizza is delicious. The service is great but sometimes slow. The place is nice and clean.

I go there often so I really enjoy it.
But yesterday I risked my life for it. Icy outside, no salt was put down out front, and the shared parking lot was a sheet of ice.

Called in tonight to order a simple Meatball hero. Young lady over the phone took my order gave me a price. When i got there she said she got my name wrong and i paid when i got home. I noiced they sliced meatballs with a green pepper and put it on a panini the size of my hand. I called in extremely upset and asked for a refund and the same girl put me on hold and said the manager said no refund. When i got there the manager explained that the girl never asked if we could have a refund so she lied. After cursing out the staff the VERY young manager gave me my money back. Ive had bad experiences in the past with the pizza pies being burnt and decided to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!! Never in my life did i think that a “Italian restaurant “ doesnt make simple MEATBALL HEROS . Just drive further for pixxa or go to dominos up the road. Dont waste your time

Ally is the best. Everyone around us also talked highly as well. She had the whole dining room, if not most of it and got everything we needed effortlessly even when she had many customers as well. She was very attentive and informative, one of the best servers I’ve ever had, not only there but any restaurant. We asked questions about portions and she suggested the perfect amount for me and my friend. I’d be sad to go back and not have her be our server. Our food was hot and tasted great too, besides our stellar service.

I order wings for takeout a couple of times per month. I always check the box for well done because several times we’ve gotten undercooked chicken wings. When picking up the order last night I watched one of the cooks take a sip from his drink (no straw) dump the rest out, then took that same cup his mouth was just on and use it to scoop fresh ice out of the ice dispenser. Kinda gross.
Oh, and the wings were definitely undercooked.

Once upon a time, I would fixate on Anthony’s food. Something happened in 2025 that the service and food changed. I run here on my 30 minute lunch break occasionally and either have to eat the incorrect/not made well food, or go back with the few minutes I have left on my break because my order just hasn’t come out right or good this year at all. I paid $14+ for this sandwhich today that as usual was mostly arugula and this time instead of undercooked Focaccia, I received thick, burned foccacia. It was eating a steak. The picture does not do it justice. What is going on that customers are paying over $14 for arugula ????? I assumed the first few times it was a fluke. This has been consistent now. I can’t waste anymore time or money here. I used to love this place.
