Dos Reyes Mexican Restaurant in St. Louis is a fantastic spot for a quick, delicious Mexican meal. Their steak tacos are outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The chimichanga is also really solid and hits the spot every time. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, and you can usually get in and out pretty quickly without feeling rushed. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go, the service is fast and friendly. It’s one of those hidden gems that delivers consistently great food without all the fuss. Highly recommend if you’re craving Mexican without the wait.

Went to Dos Reyes for the first time for dinner last night. Parking on the street wasn’t too bad. Service was on point. Google reviews didn’t lie. The margaritas did not disappoint! However, the corn dip lacked in seasoning. The salsa was amazing! I wish the chips were warm or fresh lol

Had an amazing meal here. The food is all incredibly flavorful and you can’t go wrong with anything. I will say that the chicken stood out as the best protein of the bunch. It’s seared well but not chewy and the flavors are incredible. We also had the street corn. This was my favorite. It definitely has a spicy kick do be warned but yeah that’s my jam.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Chimi’s at Dos Reyes! Honestly the chips and salsa are the best I’ve ever had! It’s a charmingly sized, Mexican food paradise. Great customer service always willing to make your meal the delicious way you want it.

Visited on a Friday at 1400. Quite place. Easy parking. Chips and salsa tasted great, House Marg was spot on. Lunch chimi is awesome with onions and bell peppers. Fish tacos, kids said were great. Pollo loco was very tasty.

It was our first time when we went for National Margarita Day and it was packed! We had some decent plates, but they weren’t as spicy or flavorful as I like. They’re weren’t bad. Service was solid for how many tables the 1-3 servers there.

I had a good experience here on a sunny afternoon. I sat outside and was greeted quickly. The menu is varied and had a good number of vegetarian options, including veggie tacos, and the veggie enchiladas, which I ordered.
The waitress brought chips and salsa. The chips are my big complaint–they tasted overly chewy, like they were stale, and both the chips and salsa needed salt.
The enchiladas came out pretty quickly. The beans were absolutely delicious–I don’t actually care for beans, so that’s saying a lot! The rice was just okay. The enchiladas were good, and I added the tomato salsa on top of the salsa verde they came with. I also ordered a side of guac, which was yummy.
The price was reasonable and it was an enjoyable meal on the patio.

We go here all the time whether we have some of our kids, all of our kids, or are heading out for a date night all by ourselves. You can’t beat the quality, taste, service, and all around perfectness of this place! Also, what is really cute is that they give out rubber duckies to your kids just for fun at the end of the meal. Last night our daughter got a Halloween Rubber Duckie and she was so happy. We love coming here and will continue to support local and go here time and time again!

A favorite ! The quesabirria tacos are so delicious and this restaurant does not break the bank. The wait staff of Dos Reyes is kind and consistent, as well as them being attentive and timely.
I’d recommend Dos Reyes to anyone who would ask for Mexican in the area. Plus i like their patio! It makes for a fun destination for a nice day.
