Service was meh but I think it was an off day for the staff that’s okay! Food was great, presentation, prices and all- the prices were seriously great compared to what joints go up to now. Highly recommend stopping in for some good food and desserts!!

The food was great. Also our waitress was so attentive. She kept our drinks always full. It was good to see her smile like she enjoyed her job. I wish I knew her name. Hopefully she get some kind of recognition!

Came in after a long day to pickup dinner that I called in” the young man that took my order was friendly but the waitress who gave me my bags must had been having a bad day or just isn’t friendly to out of town folks”” maybe I should work for y’all cause I know customer service is being friendly to everyone”” we walked in and a couple who walked in a couple minutes behind us must had been known cause she frowned at us then totally ignored us and gal walked past us was all friendly to them then sat them.. a few minutes later after still standing there she acknowledged us by saying is it just you two” ..I still smiled and said no pickup..she yells to someone in the kitchen then grabbed our bag and rang us up.. even though your customer service skills stunk I still left a $12 dollar tip for a $60 buck TAKEOUT meal”” work on your customer service and you’d get more from those you ” snub”

Now as for the food.. it was a hit or miss.. the rolls I love were stale ( which doesn’t happen often) the pot roast my usual favorite was full of fat, cold and the meat inedible..the gravy was still tasty.. the mash potatoes were good.. hamburgers and buffalo chicken sandwich was ok but the chicken tenders and fries were NOT good..my little granddaughter couldn’t eat them cause they were overcooked, cold and tasted like they sat out a few hours.. it’s a kids meal shame on you! I could go on and on but I won’t.. I will just take my business, my tip & my friendly courtesy to another restaurant when I’m visiting my family that LIve here btw””.. I take that restaurants can have “off nights” in regards to the food so that I can overlook… but RUDE service isn’t as easily overlooked and I’d rather go where I’m treated respectfully..( I was so upset I didn’t remember to get pics to post)

Always go here with my mom and son. It’s great food for everyone, prices are reasonable, waitress pays attention to our special requests on our order, is quick to refill coffee and drinks, pick up our dirty plates and offers us a to- go box if we have leftovers.

I ate the pot roast with carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy with delicious buttered rolls. The rolls tasted like my grandmother’s rolls. A great meal for a winter day!

After staying the night in Martinsville, WV for a family visit we came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning… They weren’t busy when we got there, but became very busy within about 30 minutes after getting seated. It’s the typical Bob Evans menu. The reviews weren’t very high, so my expectations were low, but I have to say that our server was spot on and excellent! Friendly, helpful, and very courteous too! I wish I remembered his name, because he deserves to be called out!
The food was actually spot on as well! My country fried steak was perfect and the sauce on top was tasty, but my eggs were unbelievably tasty! Everything about the food and service was great! Definitely would return when in the area!
