Shouldn’t order food at 8:19 and only see them get one car out the drive thru since and the time currently being 8:38. Absolutely ridiculous for a drive thru time. Customer at the window yelling and honking asking where his food is ahead of me in line nobody coming to the window to respond to him. Waited minutes for my food for 30 minutes. Not coming back will gladly drive across town to Keith street instead. Lady at the window, shaking her head, saying Jesus Christ as she’s taking another customer’s order. Very unprofessional. Added later on Fries are completely cold. The minute they were handed to me sandwich is so messy. It was dripping everywhere I had to lay napkins out like a towel.

I normally wouldnt leave a review for Arby’s but I watched the guy that was running the front register go out of his way to help an elderly couple behind me. He went over the menu with them patiently and even carried their food out for them when it was ready. I hope they know how valuable of an employee they have. It was Sunday Nov. 9th around lunchtime.

New location in our town. When compared to othe Arby’s locations its noticed that the portion and the quality control is in need of adjusting. Got a loaded Italian and it was a disaster when opening. My visit before the sandwich was assembled perfectly. I cant blame it on being busy since I was the only customer at the time. Prices seem consistent with other locations in the area. Also note they participate in the coupons and offered on line ordering.

Tuesday, September 9, 2025, my husband and I left the Arby’s on Keith Street because of being ignored by employees. They were coming up to the front making drinks for themselves not other customers mind you, while we are standing there waiting to order. We were never acknowledged. The employees were in the back by the fryers, laughing and joking and talking about what they were doing when they got off work. One of them said hey there’s people up there and everyone laughed. I said a few choice words on my way out the door. So we came to this Arby’s. We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door, we were treated with courtesy and respect our food was made fresh and hot. I will not step foot back in the other Arby’s. The people that those employees are standing their disrespecting are the ones that’s making it possible for them to have a job and they should appreciate that. We could choose any restaurant and we chose Arby’s. So thank goodness for this location that actually cares about the store ,their customers and their jobs.

I order online because Iam handicap and can’t get out so I have a freind pick up my order You would think that what you ordered is printed out with your name on it would be easy to fulfill. Today I ordered a French dip curly fries and the over priced steak nuggets. What I got was my curly fries steak nuggets and the cup of liquid for my French dip BUT NO FRENCH DIP !!!! Instead I got a wrap that had another’s customer name on it. I can’t count the times they screw up my order because they can’t read the ticket. On top of that many times my food is cold Its a shame a brand new store has such terrible service!!!!!! And don’t reply to me with your generic reply!!! How about coming to this store and do something about it!!!

My wife ordered dinner for herself her husband and my son, everything was perfect, we even thought it was funny when they misspelled the name on the bag, I’m a big guy so I ordered two sandwiches. I got to my last sandwich which which is a double cheeseburger and it was almost too raw for me to eat I called the store and spoke to Erica. Go inside to get the Italian sub that they have now and for 7.00 a sandwich it was not worth it. When it was on the menu many years ago the meat was hot and the bread was toasted. I could have stayed home and made a better cold sandwich. Do not waste your money on this. I bought two for 15.00 and some change.

Dear Arby’s, Why is it my responsibility to do quality control check on what is in my bag before I leave your line? If you didn’t know Arby’s isn’t cheap, when you ask for something then PAY FOR IT!!! and it’s consistently not in the bag then I got a big issue with you. Today it was the extra cups of cheddar cheese for my fries but man it’s always something HERE at this location, which is very disconcerting considering it’s not been there 6 months. Do better

Staff definitely did not care. And was definitely rude. I waited in the drive through for close to 20 minutes total was told to pull out of the way. Waited another 10 to 15 mins and I had to go inside.
When I gave my name for the order the girl at the register asked how much longer hime would be and the cook or whoever was on the prep line yelled who’s asking about that! I finish it up when it’s done.
I’m general I do not like doing negative reviews but even the kid on the fryer was rude. I get it it’s fast food and maybe something else was going on but that was ridiculous. Especially when I watched multiple other people get there orders after I had ordered.
The food was not hot or really even warm. I understand mistakes happen and I hope they sort out this store.
