I recently relocated to Cleveland and was visiting the Sbux on Paul Huff but I bought a house on the SE side, so the Inman location is now closer to me. This has been one of the best Sbux’s I’ve frequented. The drinks are always good and I got an iced latte the other day that was just about picture perfect. I have been stopping in here 2-3 times a week (or more) since I bought my house.

Who is running this place???
Took 15 minutes to get us to the window. Then another 10 because they charged us for the wrong order, then realized they never made our order so had to start from scratch all over again. Then when we finally got the order they forgot items. Then when we finally got all the items, one was clearly made wrong.
Listen, 20 years ago I worked at the busiest Starbucks drive-thru in the district in another state. We never managed to screw anything up this spectacularly. Management needs to be fired!

Starbucks in general is great. the employees are amazing, and the coffee and the drinks are the best quality coffee you can get anywhere in the area that’s trustworthy and in your way. The only issue is the price, but I guess for good coffee that IS the cost.. however, for that amount of coffee, it could be a little cheaper. Overall great experience. Thanks, Starbucks!

I just door dashed from this location about an hour or so ago and honestly it was the worst I’ve ever had. My drink was not made the way I wanted and was super watered down. Food was cold and not what I wanted at all. Meat was hardly even done. I go here quite often and even DoorDash a few times a week and it’s usually very quick, hot and all around great but this was the worst I’ve ever had.
Not sure if it’s because it was an hour before close or not.. either way, won’t do that again. Not to mention I paid $30 for two items..

They don’t allow you to use the restroom. Unless you have made a purchase, I DoorDash. Go in there several times a week and still get asked if I’m going to make
A purchase just to use the restroom.
I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for a restaurant to deny someone rights to use the restroom. If they have a medical condition and there are 3 or more employees on staff. And per hipaa law, they’re not allowed to ask about your medical condition.
Long story short Let the public use your restrooms like the other store across town Does.

As a 21 year old I don’t really leave reviews, but I probably got one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever gotten from this dude “Matt” when all I did was ask for some water. And normally I don’t really care but I treated this guy with so much respect and he was just very rude. If you hate people and your job that much bro just go work in a factory. Honestly as a former barista this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had ever. I GENUINELY ASKED SO KINDLY, BRO JUST HAD HATE IN HIS HEART OR SOMETHING.
