Our usual order would consist of mango habanero classic wings (all flats), Louisiana voodoo fries, Cajun fried corn, and their famous in-house made ranch dressing. Food is good, but the dining area sometimes have sticky floor and tables. Overall, it’s a great place for wings.

I’ve had issues with this Wingstop in the past, but over my last few visits, everything has really turned around. My food has been cooked exactly how I requested, and the service has improved a lot. The staff now know my order preferences and make sure they get it right every time. I truly appreciate the manager Tamisha for making the necessary changes to ensure customers feel valued. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation. To begin with, I waited more than 40 minutes to receive my food—an absurd amount of time considering the place wasn’t even full. But the worst part? Cockroaches. Yes, cockroaches crawling near the food, on the table, and even inside the bag my order came in.
This is an absolute lack of hygiene and respect for customers. How can a food establishment allow this level of filth? Not only is it disgusting, but it’s also a health hazard. I will never return, and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Health authorities should take immediate action.

Food is terrible, fries were soggy with no seasoning and tenders were sitting in an inch of grease. Not the first time i’ve had food like this, place is hit or miss but 95% of the time it’s a hard miss and I still continue to go back and give them another shot. You would think a good management team would look at the reviews and try their best to improve their staff and their work ethic. Same faces every-time I go in and no one seems to care. If I could give them negative stars I would. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to get stars, they have a long way to go. Id rather get wings from Mcdonald’s!

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order for pick up. The order was supposed to be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I’ve had issues with pick up before, so I went to the grocery store first. I made it to Wing Stop at 7:00 pm. The restaurant wasn’t packed, and they were fully staffed. Yet, my order and a few others hadn’t been started. I witnessed the crew goof around and procrastinate. This establishment is unprofessional. I received my order 1 hour after placing it. When I made it home, I noticed my passenger seat was soaked. The grease from the chicken had soaked through the bag and onto my seat. Every experience I’ve had with this Wingstop has been atrocious. I would suggest staying away from this one. I posted pictures to validate my review!

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered through the app which said the order would be completed in 25-33 min. Arrived 45 min after order and order was not ready. No response from staff along the lines of customer service outside of “it’s not ready.” More than a dozen people waiting for orders and more in line to order. Usually I find at Wingstops that are overwhelmed the food prep suffers.

Terrible service. Not sure I’ve seen a full staff get so confused over such simple orders. The wait time is unreal even when it’s not busy. I enjoy Wingstop wings and fries….so this location is a disappointment. *update* Remains the same…the service is horrendous. Wingstop corporate obviously doesn’t care becasue look at these reviews for this location. It’s awful. Such a shame because Wingstop is typically fire!
