Really enjoyed the food here! The Chicken 65 was tasty, and the chicken biryani was honestly one of the best I’ve had. The samosa chaat was good too.
Loved the Rajasthan/Lucknow-style atmosphere, it felt very authentic. Staff were polite and attentive.
Just note that a service charge was already included before tipping. Would come back again!

Did I just have the most amazing lamb biryani ever? Did I just have the best dal makhni and paneer tikkas ever? Masala Zone isn’t just a hit but stands proudly heads and shoulders above most Indian restaurants around the Covent Garden area and the interiors, ambience music and the ever smiling guys and girls who assisted us make this restaurant an unmissable destination for foodies! Miss at your own peril!

Wonderful place to have delicious Indian food!

The place is such a good choice to enjoy a delicious dinner with a very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The dolls hanging on the ceiling make such a special view.

Service is outstanding! You are welcomed with such care and friendly staff. And the food is just delicious! Had the chicken wings as a starter and some lamb curry with garlic naan. We also shared some rice and had an incredible dessert. A bit too sweet for my taste but still a wonderful brownie with ginger ice cream.

Can only recommend the place!

Probably the best overall Indian restaurant I have ever eaten in, and I have visited many worldwide.

This is the 5 star standard that all Indian restaurant should be compared with.

The location is great, just off the main Covent Garden zone. The service was truly outstanding but not intrusive all set in great surroundings.
I ate the shoulder of lamb curry with pilaf rice. The lamb was succulent and tender with a delicious sauce. The rice was not just a simple rice but included extra items which really enhance the flavours. All my dining compatriots enjoyed similar culinary delights.
A really Michelin star experience….

Great restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous and satisfying. A standout dish for me was the Vada Pao Sliders—they were excellent. The atmosphere is also very cool!

Tried Masala Zone recently and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the dosa and the chicken thali, and both were absolutely delicious. The dosa was perfectly crisp, and the chicken thali was rich in flavour and very satisfying. The food tasted fresh, authentic, and comforting. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants and a must-visit for anyone who enjoys good Indian food

We popped in by chance. Overall, it was nice, but not wow, and we probably won’t come back. The service was good, and the interiors were fun and unusual.

We had dinner at Masala Zone Covent Garden and it was an excellent experience.

The service was outstanding – attentive, friendly, and with great recommendations. The food was truly delicious, and the atmosphere very pleasant: even though the restaurant was full, it never felt too loud.

We were especially impressed that we managed to get a table on a Friday evening without a reservation. Overall, highly recommended for both the food and the welcoming service.
