Terrible customer service today. The app told me pizza was ready. Pulled up to drive thru window. Two employees walked by and one was making pizzas saw me waiting. I waited 5 more minutes, not one employee acknowledged me, even though they looked straight at me. I ended having to call into the store from drive thru. A shift leader comes, I tell him what happened, his first response was “they are busy”. Like I told him that’s fine but to not acknowledge a customer trying to get your attention or go let someone know that someone is waiting in drive thru is unexceptable. He did not even apologize until I asked for the store managers name. I waited a total of 7 minutes in drive thru window before anyone came up after I called into store.my food was also cold it had been ready for 10 plus minutes by the time I got it. I have never had bad service here. But after hearing the shift leaders response I know why the lower employees have bad customer service. It starts at the top. Go spend your money at Cameron Little Ceasars or another pizza place.

We just moved over here not long ago and it has been a while since I’ve been to a Little Caesars. Alexia was so patient with my questions and comparing sizes and prices while I was indecisive trying to order last minute for a big family.
She really is personable and makes people feel like a customer that she is happy to help and not just a number in line!
I was impressed because there were many people waiting inside and somebody outside and she is in the front making sure things are organized and moving fast.
The store is also very clean.
Super impressed with a customer service and I would come back just because she helped us and made us feel so warm during a time they were clearly slammed!
My son said to include that she had a cool Little Caesars hat on.

Pizza! Pizza! Husband and I enjoyed our experience here!! I ordered inside; the service was excellent! if I’m remembering correctly it was Legacy? He was awesome and polite in explaining the new brownie dessert. Ordered a Batman and a half pizza half sticks pie. The Batman pizza slices were better than the half and half. I didn’t try to calzone piece from the Batman but hubby did. He said was decent. For the the price. Will visit again!

One thing I love about Little Caesars is that its fast. The pizza is always hot. But the young people that they hire are not ready work. I pulled into the driveway to young ladies are in the driveway window but never turned around to acknowledge me one even turned her back and started going on her cell phone. I sat for 7 min. Once I realized that they’re not going to turn around and acknowledge me I started my timer.I had to pull my car around and go inside to order my pizza. I wanted to add mushrooms to my pizza and the young lady at the cash register didn’t even know how to add it. Do better with hiring young people who want to work Little Caesars.

First timer for Little Caesars. I might give them another go to see how their standard pizza measures up to my standard Mom & Pop haunts. The lunch special I got was more doughy than I prefer, even in deep-dish style.
