My daughter and I love the Chicken Caesar! One time I got the mint condition and it was sooooo minty I couldn’t drink it. BUT I would never leave a one star review for that. I’d rather let someone know first and go from there. It is expensive but what isn’t these days? Some people need to learn how to leave honest reviews without hurting the business! Leaving 5 stars because it’s a good vibe, the bowls are great, and all the other things I’ve tried have been good.

I always get a Cesar salad from here, and it’s always a 10/10! The chicken is always fresh tasting, the lettuce is refreshing and crunchy, and the Cesar sauce is served on the side, and is delicious! The vibe and atmosphere in here is so cute and calm! I definitely recommend this place if you want a healthy refreshing stop!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I just ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap from The Health Bar via Uber Eats and I’m so impressed! The wrap was delicious,really fresh and light, which is exactly what I was looking for.
But what really stood out was the packaging. They deliver drinks in a sealed bag and the containers have safety stickers on them. It felt very hygienic and secure. Honestly, more businesses should follow their lead when it comes to delivery standards. Highly recommend!

I ordered the açaí bowl this morning, and just like the first time, they did not disappoint. What really stood out to me was the handwritten message on the bowl: “You’re enough just as you are!” That small gesture is so beautiful — they take the time out of their busy schedule to personally write these notes. You never know what someone may be going through or the kind of day they’re having, and sometimes it’s exactly what they needed to hear. This is the kind of heart and care that makes supporting local businesses so worth it.

The shop looks very nice inside and the service was friendly, but I found two large pieces of plastic in my daughter’s açaí bowl (see photo). I called immediately, left a voicemail, and even sent a picture — no response, and it has been hours. This is a serious safety issue, especially for children. For the safety of customers, I strongly recommend double-checking your food and being cautious if you have smaller children. Mistakes can happen, but not responding to something like this is unacceptable. Quality control and communication need major improvement.

Such a great addition to our community! I have been to the Rockledge location and was so excited to know one was coming to West Melbourne. Food is excellent with an incredible variety and you leave feeling refreshed and relaxed because you ate something good for you! And it tastes amazing! I’ve been three times and have been impressed with all the items I have ordered. The menu has a great selection of smoothies and bowls, the salads, toasts and wraps are also well made and delicious!! The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing as well, truly a great addition to our area!

I love smoothie bowls and was excited to see this place open up in Melbourne. I asked if I could add protein to my açaí bowl and they said no, they don’t blend the bowls in-house. I also saw that peanut butter was a topping option, so I asked for double peanut butter as two topping options. It wasn’t just straight peanut butter, it was some kind of sweetened, thin drizzle. If you’re okay with that, I’m sure it’ll be fine, and I really wanted to like it, but will be continuing to go to 3Natives instead.

Went in to order a smoothie and try something new as I love supporting small businesses! The cashier laughed in my face when I asked if I could order a small from the kids menu as the small size option wasn’t available on the “adult” menu. As a grab and go food place I have never seen someone strict about what’s kids menu and if a child is ordering the kids menu item but she laughed and said I could not order from that menu selection. I wasn’t going to get anything because of the encounter but my partner ordered me a smoothie from the “adult menu” in a medium, both of our smoothies are flavorless and watery. They taste like ice. Will not be coming back or recommending to others!!
