The restaurant is In an older shopping center. Kinda the type of place you might expect a vape shop. Inside however it provides a unique experience of antique furniture and walls and painting and period appropriate music. Which was all very nice. The ceiling and floor however was that of a traditional old strip mall store and didn’t look to have been updated. The dish wear plates/bowls was unique as well semi antique maybe 70s farm house feel. Forks and cups were very Pizza Hut feel. The food. They do provide a large quantity of food but the quality is subpar. They provided unlimited rolls that where plain but very dense and had good texture. It came with tomato sauce which seems very authentic. It seems to be basic tomato sauce and olive oil and had a bitter bite. It was still good however. The Alfredo was good but basic. It was linguine. The sauce seemed like basic heavy cream with mozzarella but the cheese was not melted completed and would gum up on the fork. Not saying that is bad or good just what happened. The chicken was the largest let down while reading as grilled it seemed as tho it was large pieces of boiled chicken maybe slightly seared on a grill afterwards. They were very generous with the chick and sauce however as to many places that try to limit items and save money. Lasagna was ok as well but aside it in was bitter just as the dipping sauce was. Over all I’d say this restaurant is a 3 start not that it is bad but that’s just what it is. It’s was $35 plus tip for 2 people and they did not charge for the drinks or they was included with meal. So for $35 and as much food as you get it’s definitely worth the value. It’s not a 5 star restaurant but it does not have to be it’s not in a large city. If you happen to be In Hurricane WV. I definitely recommend you stop by and try it out the art and atmosphere alone is worth it.

i5s like stepped into the 1940s. but this place firstime here and im impressed the food is very good very authentic so far. and we havent even gotten to the main course yet. its a pretty cool place when you wqlk it it seems so fancy but its really not the decor here is awesome! we got the tour of the valley on the menu

I eat here occasionally because the food is good and because I appreciate the Mediterranean flair the owner uses in his dishes. It’s a unique approach to Italian, especially in this area.
A recent remodel has done wonders for the interior. A bar has been added, as well as themed dining nooks. Probably the best dining atmosphere for miles around.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, as is the owner.

One of the most authentic Italian restaurants in WV that I’ve been to. Everything tasted freshly homemade, from the Alfredo sauce to the Ranch dressing. The chicken parmesan was enough for 3 people to eat on! We’ll definitely give this place another shot when we’re in town.

A good friend suggested we go here for dinner on a cold Saturday night. Wasn’t sure what to expect in an old shopping center but we were greater promptly and seated. This resturant uses old dining room furniture repurposed in a commercial setting. Also many other older residential furnishings and the dining areas are broken up. Walls, ceilings and mix of seating areas make it work. Different but pleasant. The menu wasn’t extensive but a really good selection. While I’d prefer a wider selection of wines, it was good. Let me say our server was excellent. She was prompt, not intrusive and very helpful. When I asked for her recommendations she immediately had a go to fettuccine dish and recommended shrimp with it. It was exceptional. Good garlic bread, done just right was a definite add. Salad was a smaller size but very good, all fresh. Some in our group got the buffet which was well stocked though I think as we were later in the evening they said it probably would have been better an hour earlier. Overall an excellent Italian restaurant worth the drive. But for a slightly wobbly table and older chairs at my spot which weren’t well cushioned, they would be 5 stars. Great service and food will definitely cause me to go back.

Unbelievable quality and quality of food. The best chicken parmigiana I’ve ever had. My wife had eggplant parmigiana and liked hers equally. My meal had a layer of cheese that had to have been 1/2″ thick. Sauce was homemade. Only drawback was the complimentary bread. I can tell they put a lot of effort into making it, but it was too hard. I’m giving this place a 5 in spite of the bread because thats actually a gimme.

We had our office gathering at the Italian grille and had terrific Italian food along with excellent service. I took two full blooded Italians with me and they were very happy with the selections they chose. All eight of us had a very nice meal!
