A favorite go to for any mood. If they accidentally mess up they easily make up for it, but you gotta tell them they messed up-they can’t read minds. They’re also good about offering coupons if your order is slightly longer than usual. Always great customer service in drive thru, delivery, and dine in.

Messed up my crunchwrap when I doordashed it. Called and talked to Alicia the manager and she said she would fix it if I came up to the store. They parked me while they made it fresh for the exact same issue of no meat being on the crunchwrap. Night staff is okay some nights but other nights they’re too worried about getting high in the parking lot. UPDATE a couple months later. Food is amazing during the day but still terrible during night shift. 3 months later and still just absolutely terrible if you order through doordash, they seem to purposefully mess the doordash orders up.

Can we talk about bad customer service? I went through the drive through and asked for just a second to look at the menu and 30 seconds later when I went to order, the guy asked me to hurry up. I ordered and he was very rude. I made my way to the window where no one spoke, handed my payment and was handed my food. I believe his name was Christopher. He had a beard, curly hair and arm tats. I’m also confused how silverware isn’t handed out with any food whatsoever. Customer service was a no go at this location. I’ll take myself to the other one.

Got 2 Cantina Crispy Tacos and a burrito at 9pm. The burrito was fine however the tacos were poorly made with old product. Called in and told them that the tacos were crushed, chicken was dry, and absolutely no cheese or sauce. The lady on the phone told us that we could come back and have them remade, which we did come back because the tacos are not cheap. Alisha ( I believe her name is) one of the managers kept saying in the back and rolling her eyes, “those delicate little tacos” to a coworker who was standing in the dish area. These tacos are not hard to make considering it’s just the shell, cantina chicken, a line of creamy jalapeño, and 3 cheese on the inside and outside of the taco. As a fellow coworker this was just ridiculous.

I door dashed some food for friends and I, and we ordered 3 dorito locos tacos, potatoes, and cantina chicken tacos. All we received was dorito tacos some churro twist and some cream cheese balls. Clearly not at all what we ordered. Not even enough food for us all. I called to make it right and they told us they would leave our name on the board and before I could even say thank you they hung up the phone. This is our second not great experience with this Taco Bell.

The employee who helped prepare my order has a fued with my friend and gave me the probably saddest order out of spite, paid extra to have quac and got less the half the cup of it, barely enough for 2 even 3 chips, also my tacos that came in my order had little to no toppings at all, this is awful behavior all because the employee Will Van doesn’t like the person I came and ordered food with and was throwing very suggestively rude facial gestures at me whilst I was waiting on my order

I went and half on my food was missing and the lady at the window said that my box meal was in the bag and yet it wasn’t there. They gave me three items when I ordered 6. How do you do so bad??? Also, the service was terrible. They handed my food out and close the window before I could even say have a good day or anything. The manners are also not there. Lastly, half of my order was made wrong and yet it still had my name on it for the order. Overall, this location needs a lot more improvement from management.

usually good but this time I got the chalupas which is surprisingly the most authentic thing taco bell has. I was a bit surprised with the taco in the photo below as I asked for less sauce and instead they gave me less steak onions and cilantro and more sauce. huh
