We stopped Saturday 22 June about 7pm. Immature staff. Order wrong. Slow. Expensive. It was staffed by all young crew and they were goofing off unprofessionally. If there was anyone in charge they were part of the problem. It was not busy. I tried to order the 2 cheese burger combo on the menu and was told the computer wouldn’t do it. So I just ordered separate fries/drinks for those 5 sets of burgers. Then ordered two combo sandwiches. When I got our order for 7 people it was suspiciously fitting in only 2 bags; but was told ” it’s all there. ” I checked. It wasn’t. 2 cheese burgers and a sandwich combo were missing. Then I checked the receipt and she’d not rung them up. So I ordered them again to go (like the rest of our order) and went to start handing out food outside while my wife waited for it. They gave it to her for inside not in a bag, and when she asked them to bag it the crew in the back stood around talking and it took another couple minutes.
Was just driving through so maybe this was just bad timing but it was bad service and not that good of food for the price (almost 2x other burger chains for our family of 7.)

Food is usually pretty good. Service depending on what time of day you stop is usually pretty good as well. Sometimes, service can be a little sporadic in the evening when when the young kids are working. But overall I have never had a bad experience!

We love the DQ in granite falls. It’s the best one around. Sharon is a wonderful manager. She encourages and trains side by side with the employees. She’s willing to do the same work she requests of them. Sharon has wonderful customer relations. Talks to the customers and assures they are satisfied. We drive 20 miles to eat here.

The bathroom was most definitely the cleanest bathroom I have ever been in at any fast food chain. The staff were amazing. I was impressed!! I have never been inside the dining area until today.. I usually only go through the drive thru. I’m glad my son and I decided to go inside this time.

Daytime is hit or miss, evening can be rough usually due to staff, last night however was very pleasant and the entire order was right and everything, now this don’t happen often but a shout out to Sharon, you were great and might bring some hope to night’s here, hopefully your boss their appreciates you,should’ve left a tip…

We literally waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and there was 2 cars ahead of us. We saw the worker hand a customer the wrong food because the food got handed right back to the worker, and when we finally got up to the window they gave us our food which was not even hot. There was at least four workers in there and the girl that was running the cash register went to go make our ice cream and then there was three workers just standing around talking and standing in the way laughing and wiping sweat off their heads and running their hands their hair, needless to say it was gross. The ice cream didn’t have any Oreos in it and it was an Oreo blizzard it was just straight up ice cream. It was closing time so we were unable to go back and tell them that our service was horrible. So disappointed with the horrible service, never coming back here!

Great staff! They’re always friendly and inviting. The chicken [strips], for over a year now, are absolutely horrible, but unfortunately one of the only options in town. Fatty, grizzly and over breaded.. absolutely not worth the price.
