We’ve ordered from here for takeout for years- since this location opened. But this will be our last order.

First, I came in to get takeout and could see my order sitting on the counter, but the employee closest to me, with his back to me, ignored me. Another employee who seemed to be the only one working had to stop what he was doing, walk past that employee, and hand me my food.

Then we opened our food at home and were shocked by how small the sandwiches are. Out of curiosity I measured the medium sandwiches that are supposed to be 8″ and both were less than 7″. Their food used to be good and reasonably priced, with good portion sizes but that’s no longer true.

Ordered a mobile online order for the whole family. Big order so extra time to prepare was fine. Get to the store and they say we are out steak , does nobody call or update the website? So we get the replacement sub and then get told they are out of kids milk so get a kids fountain drink instead fine..i ask if they do call to let people know if there order cant be completed and i het snarls but no answer..get home the replacement sub was face down in the box, I had added bacon and mushrooms to mine there were none and they did t say they were out of em but assumed they were. This used to be fantastic but sadly its been run down and poorly managed.

Walked in to get pickup order there were 3 workers at the counter it took a while for one finally addressed my presence then said we’re working on your order right now.
I understand fast food might not be 5 star quality restaurant service but you still require general customer service and therefore without it I don’t want to give my money or time to your business.

Since they were out of the soup, I wanted as a side I was allowed to grab two bags of chips. I also like their sweet tea a lot. And since the soda machine has lemonade, I can do half-and-half. Love the French dip! It’s the best I’ve had that’s not home cooked

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, it was my first time here and i never come back but this experience was very frustrating. We placed a take-out order and waited over 35 minutes for just two subs . No one mentioned that dine-in customers are served first. A simple heads-up would have helped a lot . The food might be okay, the service need a serious improvement. I should have cancel my order instead of that long waiting. Need more worker instead of only two young person i have worked in many different restaurants for 8 years never seen smth like thatttt ……!!!

We will NEVER eat here or support this location again. I went to this location on 8/25. I ordered three sandwiches at the counter to-go. I have a gluten ALLERGY so my sandwich had to be made on the gluten free roll. I get home and ALL three sandwiches were made incorrectly. At this point its almost 7pm. My daughters had lettuce and tomato on it (the kids sub never comes with toppings and they didn’t ask me,) and mine had been put on wheat bread, while my husband’s was put on the gluten free roll. We immediately call, and asked if we could remake the sandwiches and we would come exchange them. They call my husband a few minutes later and say that they don’t have any more gluten free rolls. (This is a continued issue at both of our local locations, they never have it in stock.) I simply CAN NOT eat the food they messed up, so my husband just tells them to refund our food and they agree since its all inedible. At this point I have a starving child so we end up frustrated and have to eat something else for the night. Its been over a week so we call today to check on the refund. The guy who answers the phone says “well you never brought the food back so were not giving you a refund” and HUNG UP on us. I tried to call back and they did not answer. I’ve also contacted corporate because this is insanity.
On top of how this was handled, I have a FOOD ALLERGY. They served me food with that knowledge. Thankfully I had eaten it before and knew what the roll looked like or I would’ve eaten wheat bread. I’d love to be contacted by the owner. Whoever was working the phones tonight needs to be fired.

**I posted this on their FB page, messaged them and sent a message through corporate over 2 weeks ago.. no one from this location has reached out to me.**

UPDATE – I see the response, and its BS. I have STILL not heard back from anyone, and corporate simply said, its on the owner. No refund, no apology, no nothing.

Walked in and got behind one person in line. The guy helping then immediately put gloves on after touching the screen( health code violation) and decided to keep making sandwiches instead of taking just one more order. We weren’t told anything for about 5 minutes then told he’ll be right with you. After watching a lady stand there right in front of us for about 3 minutes doing nothing we decided to walk out. Customer service was poor, enjoyed their food at other locations but won’t be coming back to this exact location.

My boyfriend and I went in for some lunch and waited around 20 minutes at the register for someone to at least come and take our order. There were two ladies in there and neither one said hello, give us one second, sorry for the wait, or even looked in our direction to acknowledge our existence. There was another guy behind us who left right after we did and a lady who had a pick up order and was waiting longer than we were. Generally just disrespectful. Didn’t say a word to any of us except for asking the lady the name for her pick up order. SMH, won’t be back.

I have always loved firehouse subs in different states but our last few visits here haven’t been the best.
The workers had a slight attitude and definitely didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Which I get but the experience wasn’t nice.
I normally try to pass it off as a bad day but my order topped off the experience. I asked for no tomatoes and got them. I paid for banana peppers and did not get them. The sandwhich had no sauce nor cheese.

I had taken the tomatoes off prior to eating in that photo.
