Food was flavorful and authentic—classic Mexican comfort done right. Service was prompt, friendly, and consistent throughout. The atmosphere was laid-back but vibrant, perfect for a casual night out. Overall, a solid experience worth repeating.

If you want authentic Mexican food, you cannot beat this place Price is right. Food is absolute phenomenal. Great margaritas and the staff is friendly. The decor is so fun. This is not a chain and I’m pretty sure it’s family owned. I’ve been going here for years and the food is just amazing. You do not want to miss this great hidden treasure. It’s in North Lafayette and it may be a little drive from South Lafayette, but worth it.

Well, sometimes things just come together perfectly, and the culinary gods shines down on a chef! This place is absolutely the best fajitas I have had in a long time! Didn’t figure it based on its location but pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. Worth the stop…

Have been going to this place for years. Always impressed with the quality and speed. Chips and salsa are always fresh and warm too. My favorite tex mex spit in town!

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered Chicken Quesadilla and Steak Quesadilla, but what I received can hardly be called a quesadilla. It was just a tortilla with a little bit of chicken or beef only in the center. The cheese wasn’t melted — it was scattered cold on the side of the plate, as if I was supposed to finish making it myself.

The meat was extremely salty, almost inedible. The coffee was actually good, and the food came out quickly, but the server never came back once to ask if everything was okay or if I needed anything.

When I asked for the check, it showed about $32, but my debit card was charged $34 and something. The waiter explained that they add 5% when you pay with a debit card, but they should have told me that in advance. I had cash with me — I could have easily paid that way. Why did I have to overpay for my check?

In the end, I paid $41 including tip for something I basically had to “finish cooking” myself — a cold, oversalted quesadilla.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time here. I must say the food and service was great. My food came out fast and hot. I will be going back. Oh yeah, the margarita was good to.

Brunch visit. Food was definitely good with plenty to choose from. Service was just ok, we waited on water refills, which is a bit annoying since it’s just water. Some options were, in my opinion, very greasy, like the discada. But the carne de trompo was very good and flavorful.
Overall, I think it’s worth a trip to Pearland for their breakfast brunch.

The perfect restaurant and quintessential mexican food. everything hit the mark from the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts everything tasted amazing and it is some of the best food I’ve put in my mouth I highly recommend their Queso with chorizo, fried burritos, and the burrito, complimented with some best salsa in the city. A truly underrated gem that needs to be talked about more.

This is the best Mexican food I have ever had. I know that’s a bold statement, but I stand by it. I first ate here randomly six years ago when I was visiting Lafayette. I got the fajitas then, and my mind was blown. For the past six year, I’ve been thinking about this place at least once a month. When I was passing through this week, I made a point to stop for lunch. I got the Texana fajitas (shrimp, chicken, beef, and chorizo), a tamale (beef), and some sopaipillas to go. I also got a beer and chips/salsa. After this meal, the conclusion was solidified: best Mexican food I’ve ever had.

The food that had (taco salad) was average at best. It was very bland and salsa for the chips was flavorless. The did provide me with some hot sauce which helped some. On the other hand, service was friendly and fast, prices were reasonable, and decor was nice.
