Open and close when ever they feel like. There at 6:15am when they open at 6. There at 2:30pm only to find they changed hours from 3 to 2pm. The hours are constantly changing. I have to question the service, because there is a constant flow of different faces. How bad is it that they cant keep employees! I get the wrong order frequently. The food is good, but everything else is poor. Frequently they dont have plain bagels! Employees seem clueless, but when the staff seem to be constantly changing.

This place was awful. They took forever to even acknowledge we were waiting in line. I ate my entire order before they could get us our iced drinks. The condiment station was dirty and empty. It’s like we inconvenienced them by trying to be customers. Yikes. Do better before you wonder why the location gets closed.

This place has always been pretty slow in the drive through, and the food and coffee is what you’d expect for fast food, but today I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, and ordered a bagel that was so poorly put together and undercooked that it looked like a 4 year old threw it together, even the outside of the wrapper was smeared with sauce and other ingredients. It was cold to the touch and the bagel was soggy after a 5 minute drive home. I ended up throwing it away and just going to another place. I will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered the avocado breakfast sandwich from DoorDash (where it was in the “vegetarian” section) and it came to me covered in bacon! Bacon is not listed as an ingredient, and this item is specifically tagged “vegetarian”. I tried to call the store about the issue twice, because if bacon is usually included on this sandwich they really should change that on the DoorDash page, and went to voicemail both times with no option to leave a message! I chose Einstein over Brueggers this morning BECAUSE OF this specific sandwich and I’m very upset that this happened.

Went through drive thru, waited TWENTY minutes to get my order for 2 drinks and 2 bagels. My friend had to go inside to get the bagels because they took so long. They also got my drink wrong and it tasted NASTY once I got my correct drink. I asked for extra caramel and cream and got vanilla?!

Husband and I were in the area doing laundry, we wanted to grab a quick breakfast and tried this place; our first time & not our last. Everyone from the drive thru to getting our food was nice, patient, and kind. Bonus, food was delicious too. We ordered a Juice, a mocha drink, the farmhouse bagel sandwich & I got the texas brisket.

Extremely rude staff. No “Welcome, be with you in a minute” or anything…no words were spoken to us (the customers). She said they were short staffed but they had more staff than customers. Being short staffed does not equate to being rude, pompous, and not acknowledging customers for more than 5 mins. This was my first and last time. This is probably another business that will be closing soon in Brooklyn Center.

Came in for bagels and coffee — stayed for the wildlife exhibit. The food was solid and the staff was super friendly (props to them!), but the dining area looked like it had survived a carb-fueled tornado. Crumbs on every table, a few spider roommates chilling in the windows, and the condiment station was giving “post-apocalyptic chic.”
No napkins anywhere, so I guess wiping your hands on your soul is the new trend?
Great food, great people, questionable ecosystem. Clean it up a little, and this place would be golden!

I walked in. Not greeted. Stood there for 10 mins for someone to say anything to me. The manager and the other girl didn’t say anything to me. Walked passed me at least 5 times. No smile and acknowledgment. Disappointed. Cam finally said something to me bc he was handing out orders. I come here 1/2 times a month and everytime it’s like this. Acknowledge your customers please. Thank you.

Id give a better review, but they cant seem to toast our order at all and we ask everytime for orders to be toasted. We ask for the bagels to be toasted with cream and it comes out cold. Today they had no silverware, napkins inside at all for anyone.
