I recently visited a restaurant for the first time and ordered the broccoli cheese soup. It was surprisingly delightful and exceeded my expectations. However, the staff did not offer any options for the accompanying bread; they served sourdough, which, while a healthy choice, is not my personal favorite. Since I mentioned I was looking for soft diet options, I would have appreciated more flexibility in their recommendations.
For my daughter, the staff suggested a grilled cheese sandwich, but she was disappointed, mentioning that she often eats it at school and was hoping for something different.
Despite these minor setbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed the broccoli soup—it was truly exceptional. I also ordered a salad, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. As someone who isn’t accustomed to eating vegetables, I appreciated that there was no unpleasant aftertaste. The addition of a tangy dressing, possibly a type of sour olive oil, elevated the overall flavor.
While there’s room for improvement in terms of customer recommendations and bread options, the experience was enjoyable and a worthwhile culinary adventure.

Panera is one of my favorite places to get food and study.. And it sucks that the closest Panera to me has to be this one. There is this one homeless man who always comes in and hangs out.. Whatever who cares I usually sit away from him. But this is the second time he has brought his whole cart of crap indoors and this time he leaves it right beside me and disappears. The workers even seen him bring it indoors and just did not care. That is utterly disgusting and so unsanitary. Why do y’all let things like this happen? I didn’t realize y’all were running a shelter too…

Good place. My sandwich with barbecue 1/2 Smkhs BBQ was really delicious and tasty. Inside I felt myself comfortable. Clean store. Employees they gave me in order napkins and potato chips free. In my opinion This place deserves Five Stars.

My 91 year old mom and I had very enjoyable experience at Panera today. Ed took our order and was so nice and patient. Our food was delicious! There was a wonderful young man named Tray that was behind the counter where we picked up our food. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers! We truly felt valued!

Was so looking forward to tomato soup and “grilled” cheese on this cold day. The bread was not even toasted although the crust was hard. Looks like the cheese was put between two pieces of bread, then wrapped in paper and then microwaved. The sandwich was stuck to the paper and the cheese was like plastic. Yuck! Never again Panera!!

Ordered a coffee with almond milk and cinnamon. There’s at least two TABLESPOONS of cinnamon. Burned my throat. Dumped it to find this cinnamon sludge at the bottom.
This Panera has been very inconsistent, whether take out, dine in, or delivery. I’ve had parts of my order missing or with ingredients I explicitly did not want about 1 out of 4 orders. I’d have a terrible experience, be done with the place for a while, and then after some time, give them another chance. However, this might be the proverbial last straw.

I went today for lunch with friends. We got there a little early. Our soup was delicious, hot coffee and a half sandwich. We were served right away, friendly staff, great desserts. I saw several people working on a laptop. Handicap accessible and parking.

I was really looking forward to my tuna sandwich today, but I was highly disappointed when I got home and opened up my sandwich to find about a tablespoon worth of tuna on the bread. To make matters worse, I specifically asked for no tomato and there were two slices on my sandwich (I double-checked my receipt to make sure that it wasn’t my mistake). Fortunately it is a personal preference and not an allergy so I just took them off but that could be dangerous for someone else. Once I showed my husband my sandwich, he opened his up and also had very little tuna on his. This was a pick up order that he brought home, which makes me wonder if they try to skimp on the tuna because they know people aren’t going to see it until they are gone.
