I’m rating them on their pizza …. Maybe their entrees are good, but definitely not their pizza. Probably the worst I have ever had in FL and that’s harsh. Floppy mess, sauce wasn’t good at all and cheese tasted weird not a good grade nor product. Pizza is subjective, but honestly not worth it.

When my family first moved to Jupiter in 2020 the food was great, but in recent years we have had so many problems. Once we ordered food for pick up and got there 30 minutes later and they hadn’t even started making our food. Another time, we had a waitress that spoke no English and brought us the wrong orders. Tonight we ordered chicken Parmesan and it was completely burnt. Zips has really gone downhill.

As far a pizza places go, it’s a great option. I had the pizza ala vodka and the garlic knots. The pizza was a little on the oily side but a welcomed improvement to the usual fast food chain pizzas. Garlic knots weren’t the greatest honestly. The store was dated but clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and the service was everything I expected. I’d definitely order again. Probably not off the app because I thought it lacking in description of items. All in all 4 stars. Give it a shot.

The food was amazing! I had penne with meatballs and garlic knots. The meatballs were super soft and the sauce was very delicious. I came in on a Saturday night and they were with me very quickly and the nice gentleman who was waiting on me checked back several times to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend having dinner here.

I ordered a half meatball and half eggplant pizza to go and upon opening the box at home was disappointed by this sloppy mess. Some slices were loaded with toppings, others barely any, and not half and half as requested. The pie wasn’t sliced anything close to evenly. The crust had no body, slices were limp. Sorry, not going back even though it’s most convenient.

Had eaten there before and had delivery too, and it has always been a 50/50 chance if it’s good or not. Tonight’s delivery was not good. Burnt mozzarella sticks and cold soggy pizza.. No need to go back. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice…

The fryer is off by 9pm so forget the wings and calamari! Drunk lady at bar trying to hook up with some guy behind the bar. Then drove off drunk! Bruschetta flavorless! 27$ for the a small sample of crap, pizza was ok but not great! NEVER GOING Back ✌

Horrible. Who sells a pizza like this? Being a New Yorker this is offensive. They obviously didn’t let the dough rise on the Sicilian , threw sauce and cheese on it and it became a soup. Could have been decent , sauce is pretty nice.
Also, $6 for a dozen stale garlic knots and 2.50 for the sauce? A bit pricey for the bread.
