Whenever I travel, I think of Panda Express first because it’s fast and healthier than the unhealthy fast food restaurants, so I came to this restaurant. The food is the same at every Panda Express restaurants, but the service here is much better. The front worker, Ms. Ana, is really nice and helpful. I’ll come back this place when I come back Los Angeles.

Updated: the cleaning guy (with mask on) is very rude. When we left, I kept the door open for him, and he just got in without saying anything. I said “you’re welcome,” and he turned and stared at me like I was weird.

I’ve been catering from this location for the past 3 months and spending real money here. Today officially ended that.

The cashier Ana has the worst attitude I’ve experienced in any restaurant. She opens with “now what,” rolls her eyes, and treats customers like we’re bothering her just by existing. When we calmly addressed her behavior, she flat-out said, “That’s just how I am. I don’t care.”

If that’s how you are, you shouldn’t be in customer service. Period.

We asked for the manager. Sam came out and somehow made it worse — zero empathy, zero accountability, zero effort to resolve anything. When we asked for the district manager’s contact info, he gave us another store’s phone number instead. That feels intentional and dishonest.

So let me get this straight:
• Cashier openly admits she doesn’t care.
• Manager doesn’t care either.
• They dodge escalation instead of owning the problem.

That tells me everything about this location’s leadership and culture.

If you’re going to work in the food industry, have some basic people skills and professionalism. Customers literally pay your bills. Acting annoyed, rolling your eyes, and saying “I don’t care” isn’t a personality trait — it’s incompetence.

After months of loyalty and catering orders, we were treated like an inconvenience. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers — because this place clearly doesn’t.

Don’t order for pick up. The portions for the entree items are ridiculous. I actually counted the orange chicken when I got home, and there were 4 pieces. SMH! The broccoli from the super greens was brown and nasty. I’m so disappointed because when I actually dine in, there are never any issues. But I don’t like these types of games.

This was a horrible visit. The pick-up process was completely infuriating. I ordered ahead of time, arrived at the requested location, and my food wasn’t ready. I actually waited an additional 20 minutes, while other people went through the li e and got their food. DONT ORDER AHEAD AND DONT ORDER HERE. It was a miserable experience and felt as if I the process should’ve been far quicker given I went through the hassle of ordering online for all parties convenience. I want corporate to reach out. Food was fine. :/

Great food and a great experience overall! When I stopped by it happened to be right around lunch hour, so a lot of the popular items were already gone. On the bright side, that just shows the food has a quick turnover and isn’t sitting around for hours. Fresh and tasty as always!

Make sure you check your order before leaving the store.

Not the first time employees don’t properly prepare my online order. They always forget one side or one entre. Corporation dont do anything to fix this issue.

Whoever cooked the steak on 9/4 11:33am you killed it no complaints on the steak litterally every bite was amazing and normally when I get steak it’s either so chewy or like weird awkward pieces. Thankful I went in today at this time cause it hit the spot!
Only thing tho is that they can work on their portion control sometimes they give so little 🙁 but the staff majority of the times is lovely but it’s understandable having to deal with customers w attitude etc but everytime I’ve gone they’ve been nice to me !

Today February 25, 2024 I came to grab a meal- I simply love Panda Express. However, the Cashier- Chris working the night shift was EXTREMELY RUDE! I got there around 9pm, this Panda closes at 10pm and he seemed extremely annoyed that I wanted to order. He’s annoyance was noticeable. Not only did he not allow me to redeemed my points, but when I asked him for sauces HE THREW them at ME!! The guy next to me had to ask him if he was feeling ok? And proceeded to ask me if I was okay and left without ordering. I do not recommend this place, in fact a guy like that should not be working at Panda Express. He made the highlight of my day a rather terribly experience. If you don’t mind the drive, look for a different location close by.

We have been coming to this Panda Express for a while. There has been many issues with this restaurant. 1. Some of the staff have an attitude when you ask for something, or they have a long line of customers waiting to order and have one employee handling everything while all other employees including the manager are just sitting down and chatting away. 2. There is usually no parking for customers, because all the employees use the parking as their own. Customers have to find parking on the street or block other cars at the parking lot. Unacceptable. 3. There’s hardly anywhere to sit and enjoy our hot meal because the manager and staff are having “team meetings” on the tables where the customers are suppose to eat. They’re mostly gossiping. Completely unprofessional and tacky.
