Sanctuary Coffee is such a gem — and even better, it’s a non-profit café where 100% of the profits support charities and local communities. That alone makes it worth visiting, but the experience itself was just as great.
I ordered one of their drinks of the month (July), the Blue Rose Sweet Tea, and it was delicious — refreshing and not overly sweet. The staff was super friendly, and the bathroom was clean, which I always appreciate.
Surprisingly, it wasn’t too busy for a Saturday morning around 11am. There’s plenty of seating, a calm atmosphere, and free Wi-Fi, making it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done.
Amazing mission, great drinks, and a welcoming space — I’ll definitely be back!

Truly the best café in the area. Wonderful and creative seating options for studying or going on a date, lots of good quality coffee/tea options. I love that they actually give you ceramic mugs or glass cups if you drink in the café. The workers are also so inviting and friendly

This is a great coffee shop with a great mission (donations go to support charities who are on the front lines of social concerns). The brewed coffee is good. The indoor seating has several different options. There are several tables both larger and smaller for getting work done. There is a comfy area with a couple of couches and a coffee table. There is an elevated steps area with cushions for reading. And there is a conference room with glass walls that can be reserved.
It was fairly busy when I visited on a Wed around 10am. Most of the seating was occupied, so I sat on the stepped platform for awhile and then moved to one of the couches.
Cool vibe with a great collection of people. Friendly staff too.
It was cold outside, so I didn’t have an opportunity to try out the patio, but it’s not super cute anyway and borders the parking lot. I think the indoor space is the place to be.
I highly recommend stopping by this coffee sanctuary … cause it truly is. 🙂

Nice place. Good work spaces. Outdoor seating front and back. Plenty of parking spots, Though a busy lot, I’ve always found parking for my oversized vehicle.
Their lattes are good. Syrups are 1883, which are the better sort. The baked goods are excellent. Cons: regular mochas are not strong the way I like ‘em and, for allergies, they don’t know much about what’s in the baked goods.
Lots of board games. Place is popular.

the atmosphere here was great and we quickly picked up on it while we were ordering. we did get their hot creme brulee flavored coffee but they were out of oat milk which was fine. i noticed at a quick glance that there were signs showing that this coffee shop supports different non profit organizations and had availability to donate to that charity. there were a ton of students inside with laptops and a cool space available to rent for meetings which was different from other locations. there is also a patio available to the community who want to sip in the fresh air outside.

Excellent coffee! Friendly baristas! And an excellent place to sit back and read, study, or just enjoy the ambiance. I love their selection of coffees and they serve pour overs . I live in Ontario so it should be a little far for a cup of coffee but well worth the drive and time.

This place is awesome. Super friendly staff that make pretty great drinks. I got the Spanish latte, not too sweet, and had a good spice flavor, could really taste the cinnamon. The place is super cute, and my favorite part is how they donate 100% of their profit to charity. It’s not often you see a cafe like that. Also, it seemed like they brought people with special needs in to have them help clean and give them some work, which was really sweet to see. Love this place.

Worst coffee experience. Took 15 mins to get a cup full of milk and flavored syrup for $7.00+ and only a small size. Definitely not worth it and won’t be coming back. The guy forgot my order and served people who ordered after me first. Everyone was wondering why he was so slow and we all were looking at each other waiting for someone to say something. Nobody said anything but at least I know this place isn’t worth trying their overpriced coffee and generic syrup. I’d rather get ripped off at Starbucks because it’s cheaper and faster service!

First time here ! Nice local coffee shop in Claremont . The place looks bigger than it looks from the outside – plenty of seating I can see a lot of the college kids coming here to study . I didn’t try their pastries just ordered a flat white and it was decent ! Would come back again
