This place is Preztel perfection!! The operation is flawless and Rob and his team are amazing. Warm smiles to go along with tasty pretzels. Very clean inside and everything tasted fresh. Pretzels are great, but the location was extremely crowded and the staff was (understandably) a bit overwhelmed — it just opened, though (Dec. 2023) so I expect it’ll calm down and smooth out soon. There’s a small parking area on the side of the building and tables to sit outside. I visited on a Saturday and the line was out the door. Great addition to Clarkstown though!

From the minute they opened their doors, Philly Pretzel New City has been an unbelievable bonus to the community. The pretzels and dips are delicious, the staff is friendly and welcoming and their committment to giving back has been unmatched by any other business in our county. They are available for every event and are very quick to discount or donate for a good cause.

It was an incredible, hands on learning experience and they could not have been more welcoming and fun to work with! What a great community partner to have, and the pretzels and dipping sauces are delicious!!
