I will not go back to this location. There is one employee who’s lazy, unwelcoming and doesnt listen. Her name is Katlyn and she is giving this location a bad name. I was parked in the lot waiting for an order and noticed something. I walked up to the door and as I did Katlyn hurried up and locked the door. She wouldn’t even look at me. I tried explaining why I was there but she had zero interest. She completely ignored me and turned around after locking the door and walked away like I wasn’t there.
A week later I placed an order online in the parking lot. I went inaide right as I ordered it because I wanted light sauce on my pizza but couldn’t find where to ask for that online. I asked her about my order and she said it’s already in the oven. I was confused because I literally ordered it 15 seconds prior. Another employee came out of the back because she overheard what she said to me. The employee said it wasn’t in the oven and she would make sure I got light sauce. Katlyn lied to shut me up so she could be lazy or maybe she just hates customers.
I thanked the helpfull girl who was making pizzas and said I’d include her in my review. Shes a total sweetheart and always helpful with customers.Katlyn has such a poor attitude and terrible work ethic. So do yourself a favor and go to another location where Katlyn isn’t. Believe me she is unpleasant. Ill never do business with this location again.

I understand that it’s Halloween. But when I called I was told 20 minutes. Ordered online, 45 minutes. Okay, that’s fine. NEVER sent an email saying my order was ready. Go on and am standing around to be told another 45 minutes. Yeah, no. That’s not cool. If you can’t handle the flow then maybe you shouldn’t work there. How can the woman on the phone claim 20 minutes when they were clearly very behind?

App was not taking promo codes despite listing the promotions for This specific location. Multiple customers were having this issue. The manager had no idea how to resolve it so they just said they weren’t doing the promotion at this location.

Ordered early on app, went to pick up my pizza from the machine because clearly no one was going to offer any service, grabbed the pizza out, it looks like slop. I ask like 4 or 5 times to the two directly in front of me to please provide some red peppers, because I know I’d need them to even touch this stuff they call a pizza. I tried it anyway and barely made it one piece without trying to pick up every other slice only to watch every ounce of cheese and pepperoni pile up into a puke pile of what you think you call food.

Imagine making pizza for a living and still being incapable of cutting a pizza all the way through. Also took 45 minutes to make 2 super basic and mediocre pizzas. Take the first bite to find out there isn’t even sauce on the pizzas. Great work. Give them all a raise.

I thought I’d give them a try. Tried calling, no answer? Weird, but I’ll go order in person. Wow, what a dump. Met 4 others waiting in their filthy lobby who were trying to get orders fixed or waiting for some service. This place needs management. This is not a one time problem, all the reviews had the same experience. The he people working here don’t care and the owner doesn’t care. I didn’t order because I got tired of waiting, which gave me time to read all the reviews confirming my experience.

Walked in and ordered a meal and some Crazy Puffs at this location. The meal didn’t even come with any marinara dipping sauce. Anyway, I got home and opened the boxes. The look of the food just seemed uncared for. It was burnt and dry. As soon as I bit into it, I was immediately disgusted. The cheese was overcooked and burnt, the bread itself was so dry and almost hard, and they over salted the damn food. Yes, the food was warm, alright. But, edible? I had to force myself to eat the one Crazy Puff but couldn’t. So I gave it to my dog. He didn’t even eat it. I bit half of the cheesy stick and had just couldn’t. With all the restaurants closing up doors because of bankruptcy and bad business, I wouldn’t be surprised if this happened. They used to have good food for a quick pick-up meal for the family. Now it’s just low to no quality for the price. Then again, for the price? I might be eating my words. The lobby area seems to have gotten a lot smaller, too, from what I can remember.
