I usually enjoy coming here and up until today hadn’t had a problem. At 10:30am the sign lit up “Open” I tried to go through the drive thru waited about 3 minutes nothing. So I went and waited until 11 and tried again, waited a couple more minutes still nothing. Sure I could have gone inside but that is not the point.. they have a drive thru and there was no sign saying the drive thru was closed.

The real McCoy. This was the sandwich of my childhood. Absolutely delicious. Employees were very courteous. Restaurant clean and decorated like a 1950’s dinner. Served quickly.

We’re together for dnd, my friend orders Maid rite but realizes that for whatever reason their phone selected the wrong maid rite (this one) which is over an hour away. They realized the mistake immediately and called within the same minute. The first call the person didn’t answer, they hung up on her without answering. The second time they answered they said her order was ‘finished’ after two minutes (yeah right) and they refused to refund her.
TLDR a simple mistake led to them stealing my friend’s money and food.

We had never heard of this food establishment before and decided to go through the drive thru since the kids wanted hot dogs. We were not aware that the loose meat is what they are known for, so we will try again and update the review! But we got the corn dog with onion rings, and two kids baskets with hot dogs. For the price of the single corn dog I was expecting a larger corn dog. I was not very impressed – just seemed like a corn dog I could get from the freezer section of the grocery store. The onion rings were good but a little heavy on the grease. The kids seemed to like the hot dogs fine but none of us cared for the fries. They weren’t very crispy and could have used a bit more salt. Once again, we didn’t know that the loose burgers were what they are known for so I will try again and update my review. The staff however was very nice and it did not take very long to get our food.

Maid Rite is known for their Maid rites aka loose meat sandwiches. When coming here with friends who raved over the quality and portions of food, I noticed that they were definitely RITE!
Ordered the Maid Rite Salad and a maid rite, I swear they gave me a pound of meat in my salad. The chicken sandwich my friend had was also the juiciest tender sandwich both of us have had and i swear, he’s a chicken sandwich connoisseur. Large large portion and great for the money. Super fast service, super clean inside, nice friendly staff who were patient and knowledgeable to answer all my questions about menu items.
If you need a quick and cheap bite, they do it RITE. Not greasy like most fast food places and the food tastes fresh. Only recommendations is maybe more seasoning on the meat, but it’s loose meat and we don’t want a sodium overload so it’s hard to mix in between.

Overall pretty solid meal. The maid-rite was not my favorite, but others in my group liked it. Also to note, the online menu and in store menu vary drastically. In store no wraps, but they have a ton of burgers. Food was a little pricey as well. Workers were very nice

First off, the food was great and consistent as always. Never disappointed by the quality and taste. The staff didn’t smile much if any, just doing their job and that’s okay. But running a little slow. Probably the fries and onion rings, so be it.
They need to start advertising more online and in social media, as it’s an elderly crowd of customers each time. Make it a hip place to go for the younger crowd who don’t know they still exist.

Walked in with this garbage at a booth. Leaving with the same garbage still on the table. About four dudes working here all on their cellphones. Stood at the counter for a few minutes observing them all in the back glued to their phones, I had to RING THE BELL to ask for a cup. Not cool.
This was my partners first time at a Maid Rite. She won’t be back.

I don’t know why more people don’t go to Maid Rite. It’s great and I love the decor. Plus their chocolate malts are better than anywhere else!

Website said open Sunday until 8pm. Front door said open until 8pm. Hit drive through at 655pm. Clerk said fryers shut off. Can only do burgers. Come on. Can’t ya’ll do better?
