Hm…. not sure other menus but hot chocolate and latte were so blended and tasteless.
And you better call the restaurant to check if they have the bakery items that you are ordering, otherwise you might ended up getting something else that you didn’t order and want.
There is nothing else the staff can do or suggest.

They tried to call me and asked what was the situation.
I shared how I felt and they understood.
They refunded the amount of the items that I was not satisfied.
The amount was not a lot, but what they tried to fix the issue was right.
For that reason, I changed my review & star.

Herndon location has a old hometown friendly atmosphere. Not like so many places now that have loud music so you can’t enjoy a meal with a friend and have a conversation, no pressure to eat and get out.
Always good fast service.

Wow this is the worst Panera I’ve experienced (and I love Panera). As you walk in, you can only order by machine. I got so frustrated with the machine, I just went to my app. Some poor older lady was trying to get help at the counter and was ignored until finally someone sauntered over.
I ordered dine-in and was given take away. There was only one coffee choice on the counter as well. The only plus was that the soup was good.
Overall, it just seemed dingy.

Drive by the area and needed a stop with some drink. Redeemed a free sip by an online on mobile app. It located in the middle of the Worldgate Centre building off the corner of Worldgate Dr and Centreville Rd. It offered both outdoor and indoor seatings. My order was on the Rapid Pickup as promised.

Dropped by for some bagels, and the lady who took the order is just wonderful. We got what we want plus an extra cream cheese to go. Sorry forgot to ask her name, we appreciate your good customer service.

I have been to the locations that were cleaner and more organized. This location didn’t live up to my usual expectations. On the brighter side, the cashier was pleasant and patient as we ordered. Our order didn’t take long to come out and the food was pretty good. The drinks, not so much.

This is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever seen. The floors are dirty dingy and bathroom looks like a gas station. The employee was not friendly at all and my sandwich was soggy. Really weird I just wanted to get out of there

This Panera Bread in Worldgate is one of my favorites, I like sitting out sipping my coffee in the morning, the staff is so nice, the food quality is very good.

I eat from Panera at least 2-3 times a week. This location is the worst Panera so far. Employees are not nice. I told them twice that I want my dressing cups on the side and when I got my salad it was inside of salad.when I asked them again, they just took them out from the salad and gave it to me. All my dressing cups and plate covered with my salad now.Very unprofessional.Also half of salad plate is empty.They put 1/2 salad that I get from other locations all the time.
I won’t visit this location anymore and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
